Hello! Help me!!! - Nokia 6 Questions & Answers

Help me restore the phone! Nokia 6 TA 1000, after an unsuccessful update, the phone does not turn on.
When the power button is pressed, all the LEDs (green and red) will light, but the screen does not turn on, they go out only when the buttons (+ and -) are pressed long. When connected to a computer, it is defined as the Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E port and there's nothing else I can do! How to restore???

Well just download firmware and flash it with ost la

The phone does not enter the download mode, and this program needs the download mode.

First, press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power key for few seconds until you can see "shutdown device:" above the screen, then release them.
Open OST LA and load China Variant Firmware here: https://yadi.sk/d/fN5Oinvt3MwufR
Connect your phone to PC, this will load your phone to Download mode directly.
Now you should be able to flash your phone with OFW.
And you can try to root your phone after you applied November Update.
Or, you can buy an EDL cable for Qualcomm phones from eBay to flash your Nokia 6 from 9008 directly.

Thank you, my dear friend, but nothing happens. The program does not see the phone, so I tried to replace the driver with Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008, but neither what.
Is there another way to repair the phone? Can try to get to the battery and turn it off for a minute ... or find a TEST POINT ....

Then you need to do wire trick on your cable, or just use EDL cable.
Short D+ and GND pins when connecting your phone to PC, then press three keys (I mean, Volume Up, Volume Down and Power) on your phone for 15 seconds, then release three keys, disconnect the short line between D+ and GND pins. After that, your phone should enter the Qualcomm 9008 mode directly.
If you don't understand how to short both pins, I'll recommend you to buy Qualcomm EDL Cable on eBay.

By the way, you can only use QFIL from QPST to unbrick the phone.

That's the problem, the LEDs do not go out, they go out and immediately turn on ...

I disassembled the phone, disconnected the battery connected the cable to the computer, the LEDs caught fire even without the battery ... who knows where the outputs on the TEST POINT???

Since you've disassembled Nokia 6, you can remove the battery for 10 seconds, then put it back.
Plug the cable to phone only, then press and hold the button on the cable while connecting to PC, now release the button on the cable, this will boot your phone to 9008 directly.

给你一个提示:我之前对付红米note3的时候,卡900E就是按住音量减和电源十几秒之后,突然就进了fastboot,如果你能找到合适的节奏按下工程线的按钮并放开,就可以进入9008了。
To OP: When I was dealing with Redmi Note 3 that get stuck at Qualcomm 900E, I pressed and Hold Volume Down and Power for few seconds, then it suddenly entered Fastboot mode.
If you can catch the specific time period when press the button on EDL cable, you're able to enter 9008 mode directly.

I can hold the power buttons and only way i know it resets or does something is because windows will make the disconnect noise. but it wont let me see anything at all. when i go to device manager is shows the phone as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (com3) ive tried changing that as well but nothings working. pc recognizes the phone but as that and not the actual phone

Are you sure you disabled driver signature enforcing in Windows? You can't install the qualcomm 9008 serial interface driver without doing this, as this driver is not signed by Microsoft.

yes i did still it doesn't work, any help would be appreciated
If you power up your phone using volume up in fastboot/bootloader mode and then run fastboot devices, does it list your phone? Just making sure the cable connection works.
If yes, then power down your phone by holding power button until screen goes black (making sure you disconnected usb cable first). Then hold volume up while connecting usb cable (don't touch power button), you should hear Windows detecting a new device, check device manager to see that the qualcomm 9008 usb serial port has been successfully installed and with no warning exclamation mark on it. If all is good, you should now be able the launch the download tool and push the download button to start downloading the file partitions to the phone.

Could it be that the actual screen is dead on your phone? But still, since the PC detects the debug port, it should start restoring the phones partitions when you start downloader tool and press the download button up to the left.

(ok here a update im making progress so i started from the jump went through a box of old micro usb cables found 2 cables that seem to work better than others 1 seems to trigger more often than other but its not a everytime i plug with button combo it pops unrec usb but when it dose sometimes it continues to do it then stops i also found a 3in1 OTG moblie phone connection and when i us it (first just plugging in the OTG to pc it pop unrec device and shows up in
usb controllers) (second when i connect the phone with different button combos the pc detects as unrec usb device but non of the mtk or lenovo nor qualcomm drivers rec the phone i tried to assign the drivers lenovo for it but its there not the rite drivers and the proper ones are installed for the device? "now it did let me assigned and give me the options for some qualcomm usb drivers but the only i rec was a 9006 {it didnt offer the 9008} but after installing it showed with error but still did not rec the phone. so now im not as bad off as i was per say. im going to look into this OTG thing as it really helps pc see the phone as a unrec usb device but no matter which one i use rite now i need to get it to or for the drivers to see the phone.
i still having trouble getting my laptop to asign a driver im getting unrec usb but unable to asign lenovo usb drivers or qaulcomm dirver it tells me there no drivers for it and check to see if the 64bit so my win10 dose not rec those drivers for 64 bit so now im in driver issue now

Sudden shut down. Is it bricked?

Please someone help me. I'm on LOS15.1 and was browsing on facebook app while spotify and a VPN app running on background. Suddenly, while scrolling fb feed, spotify stopped playing and screen got hanged. My phone turned off and I thought it was just a random reboot. But unfortunately, it didn't restart anymore nor I can able to turn on the phone.
I tried charging it and nothing's displaying on the screen. I tried pluging it to PC and device manager detected it as "QUSB_BULK".
Is it bricked or something?
Looks like a Qualcomm driver error. I have once fixed this error on a one plus device. But really have no idea how it is done on a dual partition device like miA1

Sadly, I have already brought it to a technician. They opened the device to test something from the battery connection then tried to boot up. :crying:

Phone not recognized in Fastboot / Download

Three days ago, my phone went off by itself and I had a hard time starting again, it was just loading the bootanimation, I tried to reinstall the ROM, but it did not go into TWRP, although the message Recovery appears on the screen, I insisted and after several attempts, I got into the recovery, formatted everything and I installed the AICP ROM again, and I had to restart,my phone freezes in the LeEco bootloader, then again I insisted until the ROM finally started, but soon realized that it was taking too long to start (30 minutes waiting and nothing).
So I rebooted again, and from then on, I can not go into any mode anymore, trying to access the TWRP, the phone only stays on the Recovery screen until reboot after 2 minutes, when letting the phone try to start the ROM, it only stays on the LeEco screen and restart after 2 minutes, when entering Fastboot, it enters the screen in Fastboot mode, but is not recognized by the computer, not even as unknown device, the same for Download mode.
Is there anything I can try?
Doesn't seem like a a fried motherboard. In my experience, If you fried the CPU, you would still be able to access Fastboot, if you fried the GPU part of the chip, or if the LCD has failed you would feel vibrations..
Do you thin it is possible that you accidentally put the phone into EDL mode? It can sometimes be hard to get out of, and it will give you similar issues.
To leave EDL press and hold volume down and power for 1 minute or longer.
Try this
Install the All in One tool and use it to update your android and fastboot drivers. Afterwards see if the computer recognises the phone port connection by going to Control Panel>System> Device Manager* ( Even though, you may not see the drive, you will maybe still see unknown device or te port)
Maybe a Brick?
If it does not see the phone or show a unknown USB device with port 9008
Try placing the phone into EDL mode by pressing and holding the Vol Up (+) and Vol Down (-) together while simultaneously connecting the phone by USB cable to the computer. Do you see the port or phone now? If you see port 9008 you possibly are bricked, follow the steps on my unbricking thread., if you can not get back to TWRP, or fastboot, and the phone keeps a charge. Then I would think that you are definitely bricked.
Other possible issues
The issue could be the battery. Have you tried using other USB C Cables? If you can use a different usb cable let it charge for a couple of hours then see if you can get into TWRP again . If you can enter fastboot mode try reflashing TWRP, you can use the All in One tool for this.

Thanks for answering. I've tried everything.
But I can not see the smartphone when connected. USB drivers are properly installed (I used to recover other LeEco x651, x526 and x520 devices)
I left it restarting for more than hours holding the power button and volume down, no results.
The device does not appear in the Windows device manager in any way, not even as Unknown or 9008 port.
I tried several usb cables.
There is no communication with TWRP or ROM installed and neither with the computer, even though I enter into fastboot / 9008 mode. Only LeEco / recovery logo and Fastboot screen.
I think my main memory is damaged or something.

There is no communication with TWRP or ROM installed and neither with the computer, even though I enter into fastboot / 9008 mode.sl Only LeEco / recovery logo and Fastboot screen.
I think my main memory is damaged or something.

Well that sucks, if you feel like sending to the phone to China for repair, you can find several shops that are offering to repair any damaged Leeco for $10 and an average cost of $30 for resoldering. On the TaoBao website, use Chrome for translation. Some of their ads mention overseas repair
If it's memory it would be an easy fix for them.
If you don't want to fix it, I highly recommend the Mi8 if it's within your budget, its a perfect phone and you can find them for close to $300. My brother has a Redmi note 6 Pro which is also really nice. He paid $190.
Good Luck.

Thanks for answering. I've tried everything.
But I can not see the smartphone when connected. USB drivers are properly installed (I used to recover other LeEco x651, x526 and x520 devices)
I left it restarting for more than hours holding the power button and volume down, no results.
