kindly give again the website of the firmware.. thankyou
Look at my grand prime original developers where I show to flash and from where to downloads firmware
You'd better download a firmware backup of your Handheld and install Odin in your PC in case there's something wrong happens in your device.
Sent from my SM-G530H using XDA Free mobile app

Try to enter download mode. HOME+VOLUME DOWN + POWER
Also when entering either recovery or download mode I find it helps to hold HOME+VOLUME UP and then press POWER.
If you can enter download mode but not recovery maybe your recovery is corrupt, reflash your firmware using ODIN
Well that literally happened to me and I fixed it by installing a custom recovery but its cuz of installing a wrong root version for android. U can flash a custom recovery and tell us.

www.sammobile.com/tag/galaxy-grand-prime - Download the correct firmware for your device.
Ensure all of the Samsung USB drivers have been installed on your computer.
Place your phone into download mode (Home+Volume Down+ Power)
Open ODIN on your computer (Version 3.10 works best for the Grand Prime, but the newest version would be optimal)
Plug your USB cable into your cellphone and into your computer.
ODIN will say *ADDED* in its text output.
Press AP or PDA (Depending on ODIN version)
Select your downloaded firmware packet (It is either a .md5 file or a .md5.tar)
Press start and ODIN will automatically flash your firmware for you.
ODIN will say *SUCCESS* if completed and will automatically restart your phone.
Wait until your phone boots.
That is how you flash firmware using ODIN. I hope it helps.
Please in future search these forums as there are a hundred different tutorials on flashing.

Corrupting your recovery is NOT an issue that would happen because of a bad flash of root files.
Flashing a custom recovery such as TWRP will NOT solve issues with root or any issues caused by flashing the wrong root file.
Firmware corruption caused by flashing an incorrect root file is only fixable by reflashing your firmware and starting from the begining, custom recovery has nothing to do with that.
TWRP makes it easier to fix the issue, but it is not itself a fix for the issue.
hi i am using grand prime galaxy . but i got some text with blue and red it shows muticore odin mode etc

I have a pretty weird problem with my i9500 which just updated to 5.0.1 Build#I9500ZSUHOC2
I used odin 3.10.6 to flash open TWRP 2.8.4.
Everything goes smooth and restart successfully than I turn it off to enter Recovery by press HOME + Up volume + Power and see the logo flash twice.
And it shows "no command" than enter stock recovery (e3).
This is not my first S4 but previous is i9505 and this new one is i9500, so I am pretty sure I didn't missed step (or did I)?
I've tried many custom recovery but still get same result.
And I fellow the guide on this page on trueandroid (sorry for not able to post a link)
Is any one has same issue and please help me to flash.
Thanks
Why 2.8.4.0 and where did you find it? 2.8.6.0 is available for your device here.
Tried but still no work.
And just thought of one thing, do I need to unlock BL before install custom recovery?
But I found on another post, i9500 intl Exynos is unlocked already.....
Solved by flashing a modified file by Xialuo in China forum, thanks pal !!
Hello everyone. I tried to install a custom rom on my note 3(n900S) and upon booting, it is always stuck on ODIN MODE. I cant even go to recovery mode to install a compatible rom for my note 3. Any button combination leads to ODIN MODE (except for Vol Down + Power + Home for DOwnload mode)
I want to flash a stock rom on ODIN but I dont know what firmware to download because I dont know the baseband version of my Note3.
PLEASE HELP ME.
Baseband is modem not firmware .
Nobody will know what your firmware is XDA crystal ball still in development .
Ask your question in this thread as its for the Korean N900s.

GSM Arena tells me that the SM-G955FD is a Exynos chip, try the Exynos TWRP for your device rather than the Snapdragon version.
Download it here -

I have been trying to root my phone for a while now and the two main solutions i have to tried to do so have failed. When i tried to install custom recovery, twrp or orangefox, it fails at the end. The log attached is common log.txt. However when trying to install magisk via its patched file it gets stuck after SingleDownload. This log attached is common log2.txt. Thank you for your help!
Hello vithrn, are you using the latest version of odin the official firmware of your model of S10 + SM-G975F official firmware G975FXXUFHVG4. Your model is 5G and it is not refurbished with a US or Asia chip or other, take a good look at the tutorial from john wu for rooted because you have to install magisk first then install TRWP.
As said in the installation of john wu you have to go through adb for the transfer from the s10 to the pc with adb pull.
where can i find john wu's tutorial
i havent mentioned it but it seems i can only open download mode through stock recovery and i cannot do by holding down Vol Down + Bixby + Power + Usb Connected
