New on lineage planet ,and my firt approach is with a chinese tab.
I've installed successfully a lineage OS 13 ported from chuwi to a Cube Iwork10 flagship with dual SO (win 10+ android 5.1) ,everything work great (gapp ,root ,wifi,BT and so on) rom looks perfect for this tab , fast and light . really happy .
the only issue detected so far is the front camera turned of 180° .
by Buildpropeditor try to find the right string , no way all test done are negative .
any idea how to solve ??

One More test
from a cocked stock rom , that i flash for verification base on LP 5.1 both camera are working good , extract from etc directory , camera_profile.xml and camera3_profile.xml , reflashed again the lineage and replaced the two file with the permit on both file rw-r-r , front camera is as usual upsidedown rear camera are ok ,
looks like lineage based on MM is not fit for this tab,and is so strange , i've no more option more than tested , awaiting some help from more expert developer/modder.

Hey developers. I am new to android adn just brought a lenovo a6000 plus. I rooted it and installed TWRP. After that i flashed Mokee rom 5.1.1 in it.the rom worked smoothly but as i opened the camera, only the front facing camera was there. there was no option to switch to the rear camera. Please help guys! I tried restarting the phone, clearing cache and data, and tried third party camera apps. it worked fine in the stock rom, so i flashed the stock om again, but no use. i tried many other roms like miui 7, cyanogenmod 12, resurection remix rom. Pleasse help guys. also its not a hardware problem. i never dropped it. Is there something as the camera file that needs to be installed? Please help guys! :crying: you all are the experts out here, And i know u can do something. Thank u for your precious help and time.
have you tried to flash stock camera again?

First, sorry guys for my bad english but i wanna help . my redmi note 3 SD haven't unlock bootloader yet but i realy want use cyanogenmod 14 , i replace the image of the miui rom by alkaTWRp so that i flash this rom form miflash so i got the AlkaTWRp when i up rom cm14, i flash the rom ,gapps and firmwareCm14 . after that my front camera and all sensor even rotate sensor not work i think this rom camera and sensor not work . so i back with Miui V8 Global Stable with miflash form EDL mode but my camera and sensor still not work . what can I do , my front camera after up Cm13 work realy fine but now it doesnt work

Global miui 8 for lenovo a6000 plus lolipop and KitKat also,download file from android file host site ,select lenovo a6000 ,select developer cepoex97 and after select miui folder,this folder has many miui ROMs ,select which you like and use it.fully multi language ROM not one font in Russian,good ROM,download it,and appreciate dev sila gahara who made this ROM.
is the miui 8 8.2 rom marshmallow or is it lollipop ...and what about its performance
How is the battery life and performance on miui 8 8.2
I give other link for 8.2 and better backup is good but it is lolipop ,only second space feature is not working.otherwise good.multi language support.

Second space feature not working but all features are working.
working great but it is not fastcharging and neither supersu is preinstalled
no root by default else working fine also getting bit of heating issues

For root flash SuperSU and fast charging flash Ed 300 kernal,use it.
Miui 8 multirom rom based on kitkat is good, almost bugfree, but one thing i feel it heats up watching youtube or streaming videos. Else every thing good n working wifi ,gps too. On other roms on xda i found gps issues but this rom has no such issues

Yes its the best rom ever that can even blow up your hardware
Its so cool that the CPU begs you to stop usong the rom and on all other rom you found GPS issue
Can you give a logcat after turning on so that we porters and developers(who never got such a complaint) can specially contact you to have some new bugs whenever our roms feel bugfree

When i installation of the official ROM(eui and jui). the camera can be used.But as long as the installation of a third party ROM will appear rear-facing camera and the flashlight can't use the problem.(tip camera stop working)
And normal pro3 instal third party should be able to use.
cm, lineage, mokee, omni all have tried,but not to use
Don't know whether it is caused by different camera batches.
Now I want to ask everybody how to solve this problem,
I directly extract the official jui's libcameraservice and libcam_client to this ROM .but the camera still can not use
PS.Today.I installed aospa2.1beta
rom , the camera can be used, but after upgrading aospa3.0 the camera can not be used,

Did you install the Nougat or Oreo versions of these ROMS?
Since the x720 and the X727 are essentially the same phone. What works for my X727 should also work for you.
So I would suggest starting over. Just go into TWRP and wipe your phone and then reinstall your ROM.
I have experienced great success with Paranoid 7.3.1

Since last year I flashed latest version of Lineage OS on my Asus Zenfone selfie ZD551KL. While everything else about Lineage OS was great and neat, There was one major deal breaker- The Pixelmaster camera did not work. The camera is what makes or breaks the phone and in case of Zenfone selife, getting stock camera to work was paramount. Especially because the the laser focusing system, Dual tone flash and front flash worked correctly only in stock app. Not to mention that stock is otherwise fantastic with all manual and advanced options.
Sure while you could go to Play store or even get an APK to install, few imp functions did not work on new rom- Namely Panaroma, DOF, 360 and HDR.
But wait! I have a fix for that! and 100% working fix that!

Remove your old camera
Go to CWM/ TWRP and flash Zip from SD card.
Thats it!~ Pixelmaster camera should be installed and ALL functions should work like stock. I found this file after trying numerous other files and other trick and this post is a summation of about 7 months of research. Leave a like if you found this helpful and don't forget to share!

EDIT:
No dice; twrp returned a 255 error No trace of the app in my drawer.
It doesnt work for me. Its giving me error 255 and cm camera returns.
