Hey, guys.As you know, Google Pixel 2 has the same CPU and screen resolution with OnePlus 5. So I am sure about that Pixel 2's ROM could be used for OnePlus 5 by making a little changes. I would be grateful if someone make one.
The Pixel ROM is pretty much stock android.

Yeah, I love using stock Android in Pixel phones very much.
Different camera, audio setup, etc might make it tricky. Also note that things like unlimited photo storage at original quality won't work.

If you're saying that's how you'd get the unlimited photos feature, then you're mistaken. Despite the Photos app saying you have unlimited storage, it actually does use storage. Google patched it (for obvious reasons).

In fact I don't mind whether this feature will include in ported ROM. I just want to experience Pixel NavBar, its system accent color, and a settings app without custom settings which is just like in Third Party ROMs, and the most important, Oreo.

ROM is decrypted, once you flash it with the correct TWRP there's no data loss. You have to format data only the first time if you were encrypted, after that flashing as usual with no data loss.

You'd need to follow these steps to flash the GZOSP ROM.
- Make a full backup including all data in your internal storage
- Flash in fastboot this TWRP
- Flash latest full firmware Zip from here
- In recovery format data (this will wipe your internal storage so first MAKE A BACKUP)
- Reboot into recovery
- Wipe System, Data, Cache and Dalvik cache
- Copy ROM, Gapps and any other zip via MTP in TWRP
- Flash latest ROM
- Flash Gapps (nano package recommended)
- Flash Magisk or SuperSU (optional)
- Reboot and profit!

Hello friends, I have been looking for some rom with the possibility of using ColorOS camera with its plugins.
I have been watching and reading several posts where some roms are discussed, where you can use ColorOS camera.
I would like to know if you know some Rom Nougat with good development where you can use it.
I currently have cm14.1 25/12 the last update and the camera works partially, the plugins do not
Thank you very much
Sorry for my english (google translate (K))
I tried on Nitrogen Os,got fc.
I hope someone who tried on other N ROMs could help us.
Also on Resurrection Remix
Camera open and no problem but plugins can't work
On Omni Rom they said it's support ColorOs but I didn't try it yet
try Darkobas 7.1.1 it has color os cam

Currently using Nitrogen OS (2017/01/08), 4.0.1.c7-00013 firmware, reporting zero issues with ColorOS 2.67+camera+change.zip flash. I do not flash the CM_HAL_MOD.zip.

Ok one more question. When I flash the rom, will it be pre-rooted, or will it give me the option to do so. I personally don't want a active root on it due to certain apps I use that automatically don't work if the phone is rooted.

Mini is the maximum size of Gapps I guess supported by this ROM. After flashing just install 'get assistant' app from play store for Google assistant, I think in the next build the ROM has out of box Google assistant so need for a hack.

So I got the GAPPS installed. Getting a smaller version worked just fine. But I still have an issue with the iSu program. I got the apk and I installed that, but disabling Root in the app still didn't allow me to launch my app. I tried reading through the instructions but they aren't very clear, more specifically if i should also disable SELinux and what those zip files are and how to install them which are the: iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_2_x_and_up_Enforcing
iSu_kernel_Reboot_Support_V_2_x_and_up_Permissive

Hey Guys I found the new rom which is extremely smooth and have been using it for 2 days .
BASED ON AOSP NOUGAT SOURCE.
Lineage based kernel.
Installation:-
Make sure that you are on the MIUI based latest developer rom.
1) Download the rom zip and flash it using custom recovery.
2)flash the Gapps package.
3) reboot .
(NO need of flashing any volte patch you will get volte without it)
(For people who are facing issues with stock kernel flash radeon kernel for good battery and performance.)
Pros:-
Good signal strength( No conflicting code as in Lineage builds).
Excellent Battery life.
Great customisation with lots of options.
Minimal bloatware.
Cons:-
flashlight bug( but can be resolved By App by Umang96 and team).
Camera crashes occasionally.
TRY THIS ROM ITS REALLY AWESOME
search:-
aosip kenzo.(Google)
click on the miui thread you will get the download links their.
other wise search for downloads.aosip.xyz
(As I am new to XDA i am not allowed to post links sorry for inconvenience)
If any quiries please comment below

Unlock the bootloader, factory reset from recovery, flash system image from fastboot, factory reset from recovery, then reboot. Also make sure that you have upgraded to EMUI 8 / Android 8. I only tested the stock GSI.
So I've been testing this for awhile. I can't find anything broken. Plus the live display and auto brightness features are fixed in v4. I don't have Bluetooth headphones to test that but I did test a Bluetooth controller and it works fine. It's worth noting that the openkirin team are working on this rom (or at least their patches get merged in) so it probably has newer patches and fixes that aren't in the ROMs on this forum.

Because of erofs ( read only file system ) it is not possible unless you use magisk
Right now I am on MIUI 13.0.6 should I go back to MIUI 13.0.4 to try this rom? Is there any difference?

i have the same bug that i got with all the others roms that i have found on this forum, when I use the fingerprint sensor it max out the brightness of my device. I really want to use custom roms but it's the same every time

Did you use proper firmware?
Plus you can erase vendor, system, system_ext, product, boot and install 13.0.4.0 again
I've already tried to flash 13.0.4 but no luck... I don't know why, MIUI works fine without any bug but every cutom ROM I've tried have the same bug on my device.

Its not only on your device, this bug is on every custom ROM, FOD not working properly (brightness max, when use), its not so big problem, but its not nice and i can't ignore it, so, original ROM is better in this case. Arrow is perfect, nice, clean and very good working ROM, better than MIUI, but FOD problem is very uncomfortable.
Review after 1 month, this ArrowOS ROM work almost perfectly, it's extremly fast and light, I've rooted it with Magisk and didn't got any issue EXEPT that the camera crash everytime I take a photo (the photo is still taken tho) or record a video. It's only with the Android camera.
If someone now how to fix it I will be glad to know. Exept that the best ROM i've tested for my device
