hello everyone..
my xolo 8x 1000 got soft bricked and now it is showing only charging logo when i connect usb.
when i switch it on its showing blank display and again charging logo..
i need a stock firmware of xolo 8x 1000 which is flashable through sp flash tools,...
some one please help me...

I am new here... I dont know if this is the correct Thread.
My Brother's Xolo 8x-1100 got into boot loop when he rebooted the mobile. He then gave it to some repair shop ... that person flashed it with Stock Firmware. Later there was no IMEI, no SN in the mobile, the Speakers not working, The Main Camera too.
Then he gave it to me... If i open the Camera app .. it says Cant Connect to Camera.
Then i flashed the mobile again using SP Flash Tools.... problems persisted
When i tested the camera in Factory Test. the main camera preview was dark and the colours were distorted.
Later I rooted the Mobile, used MTKDroid tools to put back the same IMEI nos.
I fell that the mobile went into Boot loop because of Faulty NVRAM.
Can someone help me with this... Or send 8X-1100 NVRAM backup (without IMEI no)... or the files data>nvram>APCFG>APRDCL
Or any other files that will fix all the problems.

Try to search for NVRAM in system.img then just flash NVRAM u get all working again but be careful get a backup *in case*

Dude simply flash stock rom via sp flash tools. U'll get no imei but all nvram files will be there. Also baseband will be unknown too. Now after flashing stock rom root ur 8x-1100 and install chamelephone app(google it). Write ur imei and ur done.
Or after flashing stock rom repair imei via maui meta 3g (google it again ) (this is a permanent fix)

I put back my IMEI no using MTKDroid tools.. But the current problem is the Cameras and the Speaker ..!!!

my phone was crashing frequently , therefore i decide to try cyanogenmod 12.1 , which worked fine for some time but then i decided to try cyanogenmod 13 , which led my device into a boot loop , and now i cant seem to access the recovery mode either and neither the flash tools detect my phone , please help
help pls i lost my headphone jack working....

fellas i having xolo play 8x-1100 white i rooted it with kingoroot successfully,,then tried CM 12.1 Custom rom i enjoy rooting all that gave new experience to feel having like a new phone but soon aftr i restarted my phn it stucked on boot loop but i wipe cache nd got rid of it...so now i knew wats going on ... but SUDDNLY MY HEADPHONE STOPPED RESPONDING ...ITS DETECTED WITH ICON IN IN NOTIFICATION BAR ITS MIC ALSO working but dont know why the sound is not coming in headphone even it lags a bit when i put my earphone in my phone headphne jack...then i stock rom it using sp flash succesfully again and again believing wat can make it work then i again put custom rom miui 6.5.6.3 its awesome but the pblm is still same no music in headphone though it shows the detection icon in notification bar.....plz guys help me out or i must unscrew my phone on myphone thinking it myt b hardware pblm pls help dosto...its urgentplsss thnx in advance

Roll back to stock rom and try headphones again. If it wrks prob is with rom. If not its an hardware issue. Report here if problem persists

bro lastly i took it to service center there they first said its motherboard pblm but i mention them that if its motherboard pblm then hows icon in notification bar and my earphone jack working in dialer when i call someone....then they said lets update software ....there they tried xolo play 8x 1100 white custom rom but pblm persists ...they ask me we can check with black stock rom.
Xolo_Play_8X-1100_S004_24102014_L then my phone works fine but later when i checked my camera ...it shows camera not connected....then wat to do now.....everything working fine except camera....

U own a black variant or white one? Both has different libs. Root and change camera libs (tough as u need to change gallery libs too). Or backup this stock rom and try other stock roms. Too many versions available on net

bro finally i came to know that after flashing with stock rom of play 8x-1100 white variant my camera is working but headphone jack not working but when i flash with black variant stock rom in my xolo play 8x-1100 it solves my headphone jack problm but there is problem in camera ...so now pls guide me wat to do and how to do so that works at same time coz its clearly not a hardware or motherboard problem now isnt it?? nd ya i tried flash with 12.1 cyanogen custom rom also thinking that it might help working in both headphone jack and camera ..but no ...pblm exists.....so now finaly pls tell me wat to do .....reply soon coz i cant live without music as well as my camera... (peace)

Use the stock of the variant that has headphones wrking. Change libs of camera with other stock. Maybe that'll work. Or wait for few days. We are working on black variant cm 12.1

i successfully recovered my imei number phewww!! but pls tell me how to make work my camera as well as earphone jack in the same rom or at the same time ...coz in white variant rom camera works but earphone jack not ... and in black variant stock rom my camera say "CAN'T CONNECT" but earphone working superb... pls rply soon guys coz i lost my jarvis hehe lol jst kidding....pls help okay bhaiyo and yes i took screenshot when i first open camera its shows this .... but after that its cant connect to camera here my screenshot

Bluetooth, Wifi
Really so many people are facing the wifi and bluetooth issues. come on, seriously? REBOOT!!!
Rebooting the mobile is not a fix for this problem. I have also been facing these problems even the mobile data button on the drop down notification gets stuck sometimes (Even ticking from the settings/mobile data off, it still was using my data and I realized my money was gone). battery life was ruined by the idous kernel, I have shifted to compact V1.3 kernel by nitu bhaskar, which is still better in terms of battery life, performance is not bad either and graphics is exceptional.
haven't tried others though. the only problem with the compact kernel is it doesn't support the A2SDGUI but link2sd works fine.(custom bootscreen! oh why ruin such a good kernel, dear nitu?)
So, thank you I can live with it, but please, these wifi, bluetooth, mobile data issues are needed to be addressed.
and btw why I can't even swipe to clear the running apps from the task manager menu. is it just for the looks or it really works?

I can't address the kernel issues as I didn't make it
Swipe to clear apps is only natively available on Android version ics 4.0 and higher
There is a thread in the general section where you can try implementing Swipe to kill into your rom for gingerbread

:good: I have joined Xda few days ago and I am no pro at operating and handling languages well. but still, looking at it, trying to learn and adapt. will give it few days of study before I implement and experiment it.
who knows maybe you're going to be the reason behind my turning into a developer or I would be the reason behind turning my device into a bricked one :laugh:

It's my first time flashing a custom rom, W/c is XDuosV3 2.0 and I just wanna ask how do I flash the OTA updates? Like the RC1. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide? Any response would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Not looked at it but I presume you would just downloaded it and flash the zip in cwm with system data cache mounted
Bluetooth not works

First of all, i wish to thank you for this great rom and works incredibly in GT-S6102 Y Duos phone!
Only problem that I encountered is a bluetooth issue, it's not posible to activate.
Can fix it and update via OTA?

Bugs detected
Hi guys!
I was trying this TOm and I can detect some bugs, this is the list detected at the moment:
Imposible to enable Bluetooth
Activate GPS requires reboot the phone
If you enable vibration when the phone is insilence, it nevers occours (no vobration in silence)
Activate/Deactivate data transfer not respond some times
Change second SIM wallpaper not works some times
I continue trying and report if i found another bug.

Superb ROM,
It works great, But also there are some disadvantages.
* Font is not comfortable for usual reading.
* Haptic Vibration Feedback is annoying
* Battery drains 20% faster than before installed the Rom

Now the problems regarding the volte facility to Coolpad Note 3 are over. Just flash the stock rom V22 and you will get the VOLTE facility.
After flashing the rom, just enable ENHANCED 4G LTE MODE from. Settings ---->More---->Cellular Networks. That's all done.
Understood that users are asking whether this works with WHITE color set or BLACK color set. Its common question since the flash files are showing WHITE specifically at the end of the file name. Anyway I flashed the ROM on both the handsets of Black and white aslo and working fine as of now.
There are no issues identified as yet for Calls, Camera, Finger Print etc.

CoolUI 8 based on Marshmallow with VoLTE support was available almost a year ago, though they didn't give OTA update to Lollipop users, but it's available to flash manually.

downloading problem
When I m downloading it.Its said authentication required after half of the software is downloaded.
So,i registered here an then put the username and password in it but it is not accepting it and the download doesn't starts.

After updating to v22, battery back-up has improved a lot.

The problem is that these phones don't have the ability to run modern applications. All the developers have moved on. If you don't need it as a daily use phone, it would be good to use it as a learning tool for flashing roms and skinning it. It takes a lot of time to read through all the posts. But the info is all there. Maybe someone will answer your questions sooner or later. Good luck with it.
U jst need to unlock ur bootloader and flash a custom kernel with recovey and flash ur desired rom ( there r some good one life miui v5 etc and aosp developement was prety good too at its time)
If u can manage to find the ftf files of orignal stock roms 2.3 & 4.04 u dont need to worry about any backup u can always roll backup to stock.
As far as my opinion go 2.3 is the best rom with good backup and smooth os battery suks on other roms.

Currently my main problem is that the PC cant recognize the Mobile (Xperia Neo V)
the drivers that automatially got installed never gets installed without error and i still cant find out the reason , after a few tries now the dialogue box of installing drivers does not appear at all ,and the PC cant recognize my phone ,
Where can i get the best working drivers for Neo V ? (MT11i) ?
If any one of you have it please give a working set of drivers for PC Smartphone connectivity

There should be a drivers folder in the flashtool folder. Give THIS thread a read too as you're trying to run before you've even learned to walk.
