Hi,
Now on the phone:
Model : SM-G955FD
Buildnumber: NRD90M.G955FXXU1AQ19
But it is a S8 Plus with only 1 sim
thnx

That makes no sense?
The SM-G955FD and SM-G955F use the same firmware.
The only way that would happen is if you flashed a SM-955FD specific firmware. it won't cause any problem or affect your device in any way.
But it would help to know exactly what you did while you "were playing" in Odin.
If you tell us which country or carrier you are with, we can find the correct firmware for your device and you can flash that back and it'll be back to how it should be, if you really want to get it back to normal.

This firmware don't exist. It's better know what CSC you own and flash the correct firmware for your device. Installing this APP you can know your CSC. Add some screenshot if you need more help :fingers-crossed:
screenshot
Hi I've attached the screenshot but I have no idea what it means. I have already flashed it to AT&T in USA and it is not enabling me to use the Sim card that was previously working in it. I know how to flash it but I just don't know what firmware I should be using and where to find it. Thanks for any help in advance.
Do you have the original box? If so, you should find the full model number on a label. It will say GT-I9500ZKAXXX, where XXX will be three letters. Those three letters will be the CSC of the phone. If not, it is possible to determine the carrier using the phone's IMEI and this site. Once we know the carrier or the CSC of the phone it's possible to get you the right ROM for the phone, assuming of course that you haven't totally screwed yourself by installing the AT&T firmware on it. AT&T and Verizon both encrypt the bootloader of the device, and removing the bootloader by flashing the correct ROM through Odin may not work because of the encryption.

Does anyone have a backup of the firmware for the Galaxy S4 on Boost Mobile?

That was the first place I checked.
Is this the model #: SPH-L720 ?
Yes sir I do believe so. But it's a variation. Like 720T or something. Can't remember the last digit right now.
I need the original firmware so I can re-activate my phone on boost with a new number.
Anyone please?
Still no luck... Anyone at all?

Sm-g935f & sm-g935fd

hi all,
please can any1 let me know what is the difference with respect to firmware in 935F & 935FD. can I flash the 935F firmware on 935FD version? And if yes then can I use both sims?
And does OTA depends upon the CSC? Means if I have BTU firmware then I would be receiving OTA when available for BTU version?
Further I have been flashing rooting everything on my Galaxy S5. But I've observed that S7 firmware includes 4 different files. Can any1 please explain what is the difference now.
Help in this regard would be appreciated.

Yes, you may flash G935F firmware on your Dual SIM G935FD and you won't lose the Dual SIM function.
Also yes, OTAs will be made available depending on whichever CSC your phone has, so you would indeed be getting the updates whenever they're made available for it.

So it means i can flash any rom with odin without the risk of bricking my phone. And please can you share aome info why now bl/modem files has been seperated. Previously these were bundled in a single file.
Thanks

Flashing a different ROM is a different thing, because that requires rooting so there's always a chance of you bricking your phone though if you follow one of the guides here you should be able to pull it off without bricking it, however flashing a different CSC with Odin shouldn't be a problem and you can use this guide for it
There's some info regarding why they're bundled separate in that guide to, because you can do it without changing the HOME_CSC.

Pls help in updating my s7 edge to nougat

Hi all...
I bought s7 edge.. But I could not find the OTA option
To update it to nougat.. So I decided to push the android
7 using the Odin...
My problem that I couldn't find the stock rom for my mobile
I attach photos for it showing the csc and code...
Pls provides me with link downloading the stock rom
That keeps my mobile unlock... any help would be greatly appreciate
Take a look at this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/help/version-s7-edge-please-help-t3632008
G935V is the Verizon version. G935F is the international version. It does not make sense to have Qualcomm bootloader with the international ROM. It seems your phone is not original.
Follow the suggestions of the other thread: download and install Samsung SmartSwitch and make an emergency software repair.
I'm not responsible for any problems that may happen =)

Your post makes no sense. You're asking about a950u which is us model. Your pic is of a 950f European model.

yes, but that's the fact, on the pcb it says g950u, and the chipset is detected on PC qualcom, but the cellphone information says g950f and when dial * # 1234 # shows the results like this
but if I use the dial code * # 12580 * 369 # it will address the results like this
then when I use the 'phone info' application the results are like this
So its a950 u. With 950f stuff on it. Probably unlocked and setup to run on a international carrier. The bootloader version of the important one. And what i would go off of
and this test results from 'miracle thunder' addressed the results as shown below
like this
I blinked using the G950u and G950u1 all failed, luckily my cellphone didn't bootloop,
