Ok everybody.
I've been playing RR3 for about two weeks now. In the two weeks I have tried a couple of ROMs and settings to squeeze the most fps out of RR3. I use RR3 Graphics from the play store to change graphics settings for the game, and of course Trickster MOD to configure kernel settings.
My Smoothest Config so far:
[ROM] Paranoid Android 3.15 20130411 nightly
[Kernel] franco.Kernel 3.1.10 (default values except for min CPU = 475, Max=1300)
[RR3 Graphics] VERY HIGH !!

It's actually smooth enough to enjoy the game beautifully.
If anybody wants to share their settings and experience, feel free to post.
Also remember this is for REAL RACING 3. I'm not really interested in any other game config right now. Thanks!!
I use rasbean with stock kernel stock configuration and RR3 is perfectly smooth and fluid. I don't know about fps, but I know RR3 is one of the smoothest games of its nature for me on stock. For comparison NFS MW runs good but sometimes has slightly choppy performance, RR3 is 100% fluid. I wish all games ran as good.

Its lagging a lot even at medium settings !!
MotoG 2nd gen also has the same GPU and CPU but still it runs the game smoothly on Hugh settings !!
Then why this problem ?
I am currently on miui6
Well in my opinion miuiV5 perform better than V6 ..cz V6 consume more ram than it should be @@ or u should try mokee rom
you can also try android l beta 8.0 as that rom is supporting better gameplay
Check in game setting ......
video recording is enable
Disable it..
I have bad performance at modern combat 5,real racing 3and maybe other games. I have bad gaming in stock rom(5.1.1) and other custom roms too how can i solve it ?

Have you tried custom kernel? or GameTuner from PlayStore, change resolution and will be good
Well you have 2 options:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-gltools-1-29-t2828630
this one is an per app graphics config. You can choose witch app to run on what resolution and you can set filters like MSAA and antistropic filtering and such.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nomone.resolution_changer&hl=nl
2nd one changes the resolution of your whole system to gain more framerate but things may crash like touchwiz and keyboard.
I my self use GLtools the most and i'm pretty happy with the functionality.
Offcourse you need ROOT for both of these apps.

ohh sorry to hear that...than go sell snapdragon and buy exynos gl
Just use the Performance governor when you are gaming, for both GPU and CPU, and try to increase the freq of GPU if needed.

I downloaded real racing 3 and played for about 2 hours so far. No perceptible slowing down or lag on my snapdragon note 4. I am on 4.4.4 (FireKat) with DVFS disabled. Stock DPI and no game tuners of any kind. Stock kernel.

Snapdragon version is bad for gaming, no way around it, but since you are still on lollipop, you should install Xposed & wanam xposed module & disabe dvfs, it used to work for me, but ever since I updated to marshmallow, I am out of luck since xposed is not working now
Hi there. This is Apon. For a few month i felt lag playing pubg. I tried many rom for our redmi note 4 and all i get were disappointment.
Using gfx tool was a lame solution but ok.
Finally i got a better solution. That's root booster app's extreme spped mode. And it works with every rom i think.. Now i am in gzosp pie unofficial rom. With extreme kernel.. But rom and kernel wouldn't matter i think.. You can just try the app and feel smooth pubg.
NB: miui is good for pubg
App link is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ram.memory.booster.cpu.saver
Cheers ???
Also one more solution is using extreme kernel with spectrum gaming profile ???
Extreme kernel thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...ernel-extremekernel-v11-redmi-note-4-t3848768

Means?
What we have to do in root booster app ?....just open the speed booster tab and let it run in the background.... Or we have to do something else? as it has a lock button in speed booster tab which ask for purchase..
Hi guys. Any suggestion what would be the best kernel for playing PUBG on my redmi note 7? I would like to play with stable 60 fps on smooth-extreme settings. Any tips and tricks? Thank you in advance!
Are you sure that's even possible? What's your background on computer science? Because I highly doubt that modded kernel gives you the improvements you're looking for.
There is only so much you can so by software. If the phone's video card isn't fast enough, the kernel can't rreally do anything about it.
Or is the video driver included in the kernel partition on android devices??
Buy a more powerful phone
Search for Agni 10.3 kernel for lavender it works really well
Agni and MenGT
