I found it! There's a sync schedule where you can put it manual and then set Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm as your Peak Schedule. That way you get emails while you're at work and silence after!

Found a bug :-(
If in Calendar you set Reminders to anything less than the default 15 minutes (ahead of the appointment), then the Reminder does not fire up at all (i.e. no reinder display and no ring at the set reminder time).
Whom dp we report this to get it fixed?
I've been unable to get clock alarms, meeting notifications or other alerts to work. I tried Check Notifications and removed all duplicate entries (down from 320+) to ~120 real entries. I can get an alarm to ring, but there is no pop-up to cancel the alarm. What's the deal with that. And the appointment reminders still do nothing. Very frustrating. If this has been addressed elsewhere, please point me there or post here if there is a solution.
same for me since today !
now me too since today.
Anyone???
I am using the 'auto fetch' feature in Pocket Outlook to poll for new emails every 15 minutes. Is there someway of disabling this feature at night so it does not wake me up when a new email arrives?
Looking to change alert times
I'm using ActiveSync but instead of changing the sync schedule I would prefer to create an alert schedule.
It would allow me to sync always but only beep during working hours
Any ideas?
I'd have thought SKSchema would be able to sort this out for you. All you have to do is find the relevant registry key and make a script scheduled to change it at the relevant times.
Thanks to Chalky for pointing out SKSchema on this forum.
Hi,
The following is very irritating to me and hopefully i'm not the only one.
I've installed 2 imap accounts and let them check every 5 mins.
Sounds are configured and working but...
When my device is off he gets his mail on schedule. But no notification.
No sound when my device is off. When I turn on my device it lits up in the bottom bar, an enveloppe appears in the top bar and last but not least my sound notification will ring.
Anybody an idea?
Hi,
I've also scheduled imap automatic check on several mailboxes and I do have a notification sound.
Have you checked the notification sound is enabled when going to parameters/sounds & notifications/notifications/new mail ? You have to enable it yourself since it's not the default behaviour.
Everything in Sounds and Notifications is checked and he does ring only when i turn on the device. Not when it's on stand by

Same problem other topic
This is more of an annoyance and not really a problem but curious to see if anyone has a workaround. I use SMS and EMail notification sounds and they work no problem. SMS comes in and it dings...that's it. Now with email I use a notification sound for incoming mail with my exchange server. New mail comes in, notification sound goes off as you'd expect. The difference being on the email it will continue to notify every 5 minutes until I open mail. I don't need to be reminded every 5 minutes. I don't use gmail or pop3 so I'm not sure if it does it with those as well or if it's Exchange specific. Anyone else get this and/or figured out how to limit it to a single notification?
[UPDATE] Figured it out. Just had to change the Update schedule from 5 minutes to Push mail. Thought I had that set already but apparently not. Now it notifies only once.
