I see there is a 88.0 and 88.1 xposed also a 3.1.2 magik xposed installer. What is the correct and safe way of getting the official xposed on the moto x pure?

Really. Not sure if you read it either. As I asked theres an update to 88.1 in the article says nothing. Let me rephrase the question. Instead of me reading endless post, over 2000. For the Moto x Pure are we to use the 88.1 update with the 3.1.2 xposed magik apk?
I used 88.1 with SuperSu. Testing purpose. Gravity Box only. Not a single problem.
2000 posts? In my link?
Use the official Xposed installer. Running 88.1 and Gravity Box with no issues on my XT1575.

Did you use the xposed 3.1.2 apk or the xposed 3.1.2 magik apk? I think the magik xposed let magik see it as a module and the normal xposed apk doesn't. Just curious is this true.

What do you mean the benefits would be with it being recognized as a module? Curious as it will trip safetynet either way.

I cant't succeed installing xposed framework, i try many times.
I flash zip in twrp everything goes well but the xposed apk says that the sdk is not compatible yet.
This is the message
Search for Xposed for marshmallow... you are using the wrong version
hi danielexda,
i had this problem too. delete your xposed installer, switch of phone, wait a few seconds, switch on and search and use xposed installer 3.1.1.
than you can install version 87 (arm64) via download or as a zip.
good luck

Hi guys,I really need your help please.
I am a kitkat 4.4.2 user with xposed 2.7 experimental version installed.
I am experiencing login problem after clearing my google apps, I can't login to any google apps when xposed is installed but the problem is gone when I uninstall it.
Does anyone here know how to solve the login problem without uninstalling xposed?

Login to xda and thumbs me up :
I need to hide root for one specific app. I tried "hide my root" with latest superSU and then also magisk hide, but none of them worked. It seems they need kernel above 3.4 to work. Any chance I can do this?

Thanks, if I use it the app crashes when I launch it. I'll try to ask in RootCloak forum.
At last, now I can consider getting a Pixel XL2, assuming there is a Resurrection Remix ROM available for it as well now.

It's January 8 today, or as we write dates in Germany: 8.1. That means Oreo time!
Let's start with a beta phase this time. That means:
It's stable enough for me to use it on my daily driver (Pixel), and @wanam tested it on a Pixel 2.

Xposed works fine...
You just cannot install it via TWRP.
But that has nothing to do with magisk, but rather with the Pixels A / B partition scheme...
Copy the installer.zip in /sdcard/Android/data/xposed.../cache/downloads/... (or something along those lines) and install from xposed app...
Uninstalling however, brings the P2XL into a bootloop...
As there aren't too many O modules anyway right now... just hold off for a few more days...
Yeah I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I got a 404 error when I tried downloading it from the app so I manually copied it from the download from the browser. It reads it in the app now but it happens like this and in TWRP as well. What could I be doing wrong.

Thanks I got done.
I have got it installed on Pixel 2 XL.
1. Install Xposed installer, and place the Xposed-Framework zip in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/cache/downloads/framework/
2. Disable ALL modules in MagiskManager
3. Install Xposed-Framework in Xposed installer with "install" button (NOT via recovery)
4. Reboot. Xposed is intalled. You can activate the Magisk modules again
BTW I have just bootloop my phone.
I think everytime before installing Xposed module, we need to disable ALL Magisk module.
I need to confirm it yet.
hello again! there a magisk module vor xposed on oreo and it just works fine!

I have no issues at all with Xposed. I didn't have to do anything with magisk either. Go to the link below, download, and install in TWRP as normal.

Now that xposed has arrived for Oreo share which xda approved modules you have tested and I'll create a working/non working list. Thanks.

I got this to work. I installed the framework via Magisk, and then I used the Xposed APK installer found in the Magisk thread.
It installs fine through Magisk on the XL 2, just make sure you have the correct Xposed Installer version installed before you install Xposed through Magisk.

The one in this thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-systemless-xposed-t3388268
It's installed and says it's active, but also says it's not compatible with the architecture. I can enable modules, but none of the few I have right now I've really tested, so I'm not sure if they're actually working.

If you installed systemless xposed then you need the material xposed to be working if i am not wrong
Sent from my Google Pixel 2 XL using XDA Labs
Well, I'll get things started and say that "Lockscreen Mods" seems to kind of work; I'm just unable to set custom icons. Double tap to sleep on the lockscreen does work.
X Screen Stabilizer also appears to work just fine.
Does anyone know if the SnapTools Xposed module works? I haven't had a chance to even set my 2 XL up just yet otherwise I would have tested myself.
Let me know if anyone has tried it! :good:

The description for the Xposed Magisk module said to install topjohnwu's specific modified version of the material installer:
Please install my modified XposedInstaller(3.1.4) to properly detect Systemless Xposed. The APK is signed by my personal key, you might need to uninstall other versions before installing mine.

It seems that if you install Xposed before installing this APK, it won't detect Xposed properly, but installing the APK before installing Xposed seems to work.
This is only if you're installing through Magisk, as I haven't tried installing it conventionally through TWRP.
I was able to install by installing the xposed app then letting the app download and install the framework.

What steps did you take to get it working? I haven't used it before, so it could very well just be user error. I'd like to confirm if it does work.
Snap Tools works for me too
Where do I find snaptools? Its not showing up in the closed app when I search it
Does installing this on Oreo 8.1 Pixel 2s break the SafetyNet (Android pay, banking apps, and etc)?
I tested out this edxposed for pie everyone is raging about. Works pretty good. Ha vent had any boot loops like the beta 3 on the official xposed. Gravity box works pretty good for just being released. I would make sure you have a magisk uninstaller just in case it doesn't like your device.
Also make sure running riru core v11 most up to date one
I'v including all things needed to get you going
so pretty exciting news for those who love xposed and gravity box!!
