I did a search it seems like from the last comments I saw the Radio for the G2 on AT&T has no success for certain APK to work. I was wondering if anybody got it to worked on a rooted G2 AT&T version.

I'm not sure the American variants have the hardware to make that happen, but good luck!

Yup. Sux to have a carrier in America. They usually take out things that will not give them more money. I guess this d!#k move is to push people in using data streaming services. I wonder if anybody got it to work. So far I'm rocking my Pandora, at work I use my data plan but at home its pure WiFi and I have plenty left on my 2G plan by each month refresh and never go over it.
Hi there.
I have recently switched from GNex to LG G2 and I have noticed that G2 has some issues with its mobile signal reception compared to GNex. I mean on GNex at work I usually had 1-2 bars gsm connection and was able to make and receive calls just fine, where in same spot G2 doesn't connect to network at all, and I am not able to use the phone.
Now, I know that on my previous phones (rooted HTC Desire HD, and GNex) I was able to flash different versions of radio, which could impact on battery, but also boost reception of the phone antenna. Is it same for G2? I can't find any radio threads, almost like such feature would not exist for this phone? Can anybody advise?
Cheers.

Since all the T-Mobile lower priced phones suck, I also want to use the moto G4 Play with T-Mobile and would like to know if the phone has wi-fi calling feature?
No, the G4 Play does not have that feature.

Hello people, so these weeks I've been thinking what phone should I buy and at first I wanted LG V20 for the Hi Fi Dac but then I decided to go for LG G6 for being a newer phone and overall better than LG V20 aaaaand then I saw that the asian version (H870DS) has the LG V20's Hi Fi Dac and now my question is:
What should I know when I buy an asian version of a phone? Has anyone bought the H870DS? I'm from Europa, Romania. I know that there are 3 versions of this phone, for USA, Europa and Asia and each one has a gimmick like fast charge, wireless charging or the hi fi dac. I really want to know beside these big differences if there are others difference like carrier signal, call quality, pre-installed apps and stuff like this. I'm looking foraward for your info, thank you
I recently purchased an AT&T unlocked LG G6. Everywhere online, people say that all LG G6 carrier models have been updated to oreo. For some reason, it says that my software is up to date even though I'm still on Android 7.0. My software version is H87110p and my model number is LG-H871. Does anyone else have this problem? And why is it that I cant recieve the update?
Why did you buy an Lg phone!, you have just fell in their trap, because you'll never get the update!
LG only support few regions, and the rest are only to get money from!

Yes I understand that, but it seems that in America, At&T lg g6 has already got the update?
I'm on AT&T they claim my phone had a problem that's why it didn't update I think it's bull. I converted by using the H 873 (Canada) update from LG-firmware.com using LG-UP. My phone is now 8.0 boots saying LG g6 thin Q. instructions in the AT&T LG6 thread. My phone runs fine no issues.

An active AT&T sim is required to update.
