If you're just trying to change the language of the entire system just go to settings > language & output then click on languages and it will change the language.

this is a kernel bug, you need to recompile the kernel with the corrected mtp, and I ported сm11-14 to t561

You will have to find yun os compatible with your chipset..!! this wont work..!! after that you will need to edit boot.img.... rest you can do as u do in miui....

yes port like miui and edit the boot.img. replace the ramdisk file from this rom to ur stock boot.img.

my device is note 4 n910c
i install layer manager in play store - ok
download the layer.apk disponible in site - ok
in apps Layer , i click in change APk layer in my sdcard - ok
i click in install - ok
verify ....create a folder ...vendor/ovelar/ ( my apk is here ) .....i reboot device and .....nothing change layer

Alright.. is your phone rooted? Given it access right? Is the overlay theme specific for the Note 4? Because, there are three categories of layer themes,
1) Stock Android Themes
2)TouchWiz themes - S5,S4,Note3
3)Touchwiz Themes - s6,note4
SOmetimes the 2nd category might work for Note4 i.e s5,s4 themes, sometimes they don't... the first category doesnt work for touchwiz at all... get in touch with the person who made the theme and confirm that the theme supports note 4..!

Method 2->Copy APK to /vendor/overlay folder-> change permission to 755/rwx-rw-rw ->
i install systemui overlay,apk clear .....but permission stay : rwxrw-rw- only

I'm saying, does the theme you are trying to install for your phone?
Other than that.. I don't know why it's not working for you.. You should check on the bitsyko development community in Google plus...

You need to force permissive selinux, for the composer you can remove it or just use prebuilt one.

I have done the force permissive SElinux by putting a permissive file in ramdisk of boot.img and by the means of prebuilt hwcomposer do you mean the one samsung stock rom has...

This is not enough to set a Samsung kernel to permissive... no i mean the one from cm as it's oss
