lol, why did you have to steal someones toy? smh
The phone is Google Locked which you cant really do anything about, unless you unlock the bootloader and root it then completely wipe all partitions. Not sure if that will help though.

I bought a phone and when I got it I instantly factory reset it (had no idea about FRP lock) and now I cant setup my phone. The seller doesnt want me to send his login details and he cant meetup with my since he moved. Can anything be done? I have searched but most of the links I come across are for older security patches

lol. it is fully legal xd. Try Odin and flash latest firmware from sammobile
I have tried all FRP "fix" found on YouTube. Nothing works.

Stok rom, no root, bootloader locked , no costum recovery.
I bought this phone "second hand" and all works good, but next day when i woke up i seen the phone "Welcome" and when i want to add my google account says "the phone was reset..."

The purpose of the FRP is to protect personal property and information in the event the device is lost or stolent, so being able to circumvent that would defeat it's sole purpose.
Your best bet would be to email the Gmail you have on the phone and see if you can meet up again to disconnect the Gmail associated with it. Another possibility is to contact Google about the situation, perhaps they will contact the previous owner to verify the device was sold and to remove the email from the phone?

Why do you need to bypass it? If you bought the phone legally then you shouldn't require this. Other than that, I don't know if there is a method to bypass it or not.

After 12 hours straight of messing around with the internals of this phone, I've finally managed to bypass Google's "Factory Reset Protection" on the Moto Z Play DROID (i.e. Verizon variant, XT1635-01).

Here's a thought, sign out of your Google account before factory resetting? I don't see how this information is useful to anyone unless they are planning to steal Android phones from people.
