Should I replace my battery? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions & Answers

I bought a used S7. It was working good. But now I am only getting 2 hours of SOT. I have tried disabling apps and stuff. No luck. I slept with 47% battery. After waking up it was 21%. If I want to replace the battery, would AliExpress be a good place to get it?
It would be good if someone tell me the solution PLEASE.

Battery life suddenly dropping ( HELP )

Hello,
My battery life have suddenly drop by around 10% over the night, its not because of any apps that I've installed or used. I've look into google and there's a website from thetecnica saying about calibrating battery using an app. Sorry I can't post links since I've just registered for this forum.
The reviews are good but I'm still not sure whether to use the app to fix / repair my battery problem. Hope anyone can give me some opinions or help Thank you.
( Notice the image below, the battery graph at the middle has gone downhill straight, around 10% )
Buy a new battery. Should fix you right up. Just had to replace mine.

[Q] Battery getting tired?

Hi guys.
So for the past month or so I have noticed that my battery is getting worse somehow. For example, before it used to last very long from 100% to 99%, could get up to 40 mins sot and good standby time in that 1%. Now, that 1% is gone after max 10 mins sot OR just 2 hours standby time!
What can cause this? Wakelock detector and BBS shows nothing. I tried going back to fully stock by kdz but damn still draining waay faster than it used to.
I am starting to think that wiping and flashing ROMs many times can damage battery.
Any ideas on what I can do to check my battery health status or something?
Hope someone can help. Thanks

Battery Issues/Not discharging to 0%/terrible life

VS995, Rooted, been running WETA since last January.
------------
About 2 months ago I noticed whenever my phone got to 15% battery left when I plugged it in it would reboot. I ignored the issue for a while because I rarely let it get that low.
Recently though I notice my battery life getting very bad. Insanely bad. Not even 2 hours of SOT, dying in 3 hours just using hotspot with no SOT. Losing 10% in a few minutes of active use sometimes.
So I tried some battery calibration apps, tried recharging to 100% and draining again. Tried wiping battery stats. Tried different ROMS.
I flashed desolation ROM tonight and the battery life seems to be really good on it but it ended up shutting off at 24% left.
Battery apps say my battery is in good health, but I'm wondering if the battery itself is bad? Any tips or advice or help of any kind is appreciated. Thanks

I just wanted to make sure because I've never experienced this issue before. I even hand my smartphones down to my mother and they tend to get over 2 years of use and I've never had to buy new batteries. Thanks for the feedback
If it drops from 24% to 0 then im pretty sure its a damaged battery try it ypu can buy it for less than 20 dollars on ebay
If it drops gradually in standby you could have also a battery drain bug but this is not the case here

battery drain

All of a sudden, starting 2 weeks ago. My G6 has begun to over heat and drain battery excessively. System is essentially stock, with only changes being the vanced YouTube, and full immersion (which I have already taken the battery draining precautions against, worked fine 2 months ago with same set up). I even factory reset the G6. Still having huge battery drain. Any one else having the same issue?
Nope,
mine has actually got better! I get almost two days out of it until I need to charge it.
Fulmics, debloat the **** etc.
The quickmemo+ thing is a drain!! id remove that.
Try BetterBatteryStats to check whats draining
Install a data monitoring app to check if there is an app draining your battery due to large data transfer.
Same here
I am having the exact same issue (sprint). Started a couple weeks ago and went from all day to only lasting <3 hrs until dead.
Setting says Google play services is the biggest user
I've been searching for solutions and found this so wanted to add "me too". I'm on t-mobile. Something is just chewing through my battery like crazy.
Me too. Only got 7 hours on this charge, with only 2 hr 15 min of screen on time. Ridiculous.
You all call this bad backup?? Plz get your phone tested. See my phones's backup.. this backup with no in between charge
