[Q] APP's administrator rights block lock screen options after uninstall

Hi,
I've been using this app for a couple of days (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=joel.sternet.se.full2) but decided I wanted to uninstall it again.
Now I followed the instructions by the author, so that the device administrator rights would be removed and I could remove the app.
However the 3 top options for the type of lock screen (the 3 that don't require a password) are still greyed out, and right below it says that these options are disabled by a device administrator.
I've checked the device administrator menu under security, and I only have ADM and Cerberus active, and those two were active before I tried the new app.
Help, what can I do to remove this? Is a factory reset the only solution?
Kind regards
had this problem, finded solution another place so i just write here:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Security which under "General" tab
3. Under Credential Storage -> Clear Credentials

[Q] Tasker

Hi,
I've got a problem with the app tasker.
I am rooted without using SuperSU over cm12.1.
Tasker won't detect my root access.
What should I do?
Secure setting plugin is installed...
I've tried to manage the mobile data via secure settings plugin but it doesn't do the trick neither...
any suggestions?
Go into Settings > About and tap the build number several times, until you get a notification saying "You are now a developer!"
Then go back to the main settings screen and look for Developer options. Go into developer options and look for Root acces. Tap on that and set it to Apps. Or set it to apps and adb. Done. Otherwise just install SuperSU from the playstore

I've already enabled root access via CM.
That wasn't the problem.
I found a solution if anyone stumbles on that thread:

v20 Permissions (Access Lock)?

The LG v20 doesn't seem to have an easy way to edit app permissions. I haven't been able to ifnd any way of getting to the hidden access lock permissions menu. It appears they have completely removed the Access Lock menu altogether.
Anyone else having any luck?
Are you referring to the App permissions located here:
Settings -> Apps -> Select App -> Permissions ?
Looks like they finally took it out. It was a nice multi year run. It was very handy but not sure it's really needed in Nougat.

secure folder

A search didn't give me any result.
The secure folder we have on our phone is a great thing.
But............everything I do from out the secure folder still shows up on my recent app list.
Is there an o option I missed To keep this from happening?

No, there's no option to keep the tabs from showing in recents ( luckily the tab shows as a black image) However, the moment you toggle off secure folder the tabs disappear automatically.
Yes, use the notification toggle button to turn off secure folder. Once it's turned off, the tabs will disappear. They reappear once toggled back on
