It looks pretty sweet.
From the reviews I've read, it's 1) fast 2) amazing screen --- OH BABY, NETFLIX! 3) a joy to game on
Looks very promising.
The only thing I'm scared of is holding it up to take a call in public LOL

I'd really appreciate it if you didn't insult me (I'm grouped into the Apple crowd). Just because someone buys Apple and likes them doesn't automatically mean they are a 'mindless iSheep' or such. I own a Note and an iPhone and love both Android and iOS and couldn't live without either one. I would appreciate it if you weren't so closed minded about OSes and technology (ie. not a blind Android-Fan-Apple-Hater)

I do the exact same - use my Note as more of a tablet and my iPhone 4S as my phone.

I can honestly say after a couple of days using my note it felt completely normal size and everything else including my much loved 4.3 inch HTC HD2 just feel small. Don't worry about using it as a phone, its fine.

I love samsung to death because they deserve it bringing year after year, great products. But their speakers are freakin bad. JK Shin had a great speech, I agree but at a snails pace.... And the other chick needs some serious pronunciation lessons. WTF samsung hire some damn speakers. It seriously takes away from the product announcement.
apple will sue the hell outta them before launch. that design is a blatant ripoff of the iphone 6.
I don't even like the design tbh. I'll have to see it in person. This is because Samsung has given me the Note 4, what I consider to be the best looking phone to date.

M9 is already a flop. Even comparing the Two announcemnts you can tell Samsung S6 is a much better phone. With the latest EMMC, best screen. Just wait till full review and these htc boys will wanna hide somewhere. The thing is HTC is BROKE... they can't really do RnD... why everything is a replay from last year mostly.

Too simple and generic if you ask me - it doesn't scream out "unique identity", and it is not a rememberable logo, like the Cid mascot.
If anything, I think they should try to go down the mascot route with the logo design.
Simple, clean, and professional, everything that the stupid-looking Cid was not. If you want to be taken seriously, you have to look the part. Time to leave "college kids hacking in a dorm room" behind.

It has sense related to the Lineage name, is clean and recognizable even in small format. It's a nice job, honestly the old cm face was too "early 2000" for my taste.

It's alright. Needs more skateboard. I don't think any android fork project is trying to take themselves too seriously. There's a unicorn, an android tripping balls, Pac man... I, for one, like the "hackers hanging out in the lopht" vibe. After all, it was cyanogen Corp taking itself too seriously that got us in this mess in the first place...

I realize it's the first. I didn't like O either. Thought Nougat was better. People just can't not like something. If the end product is anything close to this, it sucks in my opinion. And that's all it is my opinion. What I don't like you might love. And I remember the first preview of O. It didn't change much. Actually the preview was better. had more options.

I wish more people would think like you! Trying to make one centralized theme that fits everyone is not going to happen. Some like colorful, some like dark, some like rounded, some like squared. Everything is all about choice, personal preference, and opinion. Same goes for smartphones... trying to make a device that has the look, feel, and features that will appeal to everyone is next to impossible. There will always be someone who disagrees, doesn't like, or prefers something else. It's human nature, and part of what makes us an individual. :good:
