Hi all, see link below
https://www.armis.com/blueborne/#devices
A new vulnerability has been identified in Android OS which allows a hacker to take control of a device through Bluetooth. The vulnerability has been patched in the Sep 9 security update from Google but it has not rolled out to the Z Play yet , so until then please avoid using bluetooth wherever a third person can gain access to your device.
Below is the link to the app on the Google play store which can be used to check if your device is vulnerable (I have the unlocked Z Play on Aug 1 security patch, retin channel and it is vulnerable)

Vulnerability has been fixed in September security patch.

I just did a scan with the BlueBorne Vulnerability Scanner on all my devices, my s5 neo is vulnerable for the exploit (my s6 too).
I'm on stock 6.0.1 MMB29K.G903FXXU1BQC1 , security patch level is july 1st 2017 . Is there a way to patch the exploit myself via adb? I need bluetooth for various headsets, so never using bluetooth again is no option.
I do hope to get some kind of official security patch in the next ?? months, but as the s5 and s5 plus were already served with security patches I'm not sure, no love for the s5 neo I guess
Received a notification this morning that updates. I'm guessing that LG is pushing google security updates and hopefully a bluetooth patch. My last security update says MAY-2017 under settings. Does anyone have any info about the update?
it's Oct security update and bug fixes
Sent from my Pixel XL using XDA Labs
I just updated. My android security patch level is now September 1, 2017. Better than nothing I guess.

Hey there,
Right now I have December 1 2017 Security patch (NPJS25.93-14-13) Installed on my device, and I haven't been updating my device through OTA because of fear of getting hardbricked & always Installed latest update via Fastboot without wiping data.
But Right now for Feb 2018 security patch I couldn't find any verified firmware for this device even after 2 months of release, so my Question was should I take OTA for this patch? I have latest GPT + Boot-loader which comes with December 1 (2017) patch. So Should I take OTA for Feb 1 Patch (NPJS25.93-14-15) which fixes Karck vulnerability? Thanks!

System Update wants me to go to A6013_34_200207

Is there a way to TWRP flash the patch and retain Root / TWRP?
I have been searching Google / XDA and my search FOO must be broken because everything I find wants me to go to the international version
Any help is appreciated!
Is update june
Finally Xiaomi has learnt not to use it's own idiocy to ruin a perfectly good security update from Google and pass it on as it is to the users.
It shows May 2020 security patch before applying the update and restarting the phone. After the restart, it shows 1st June 2020 security patch. (screenshot attached). Looks like they used the same May security patch and just change the name to 1st June in patch version.

Please fix the title of the thread to smth like "June 2020 Update is out" to be in par with other patches' threads,
Funny:
no link to full OTA image yet,
