There is no RUU.exe available for this phone. All what I found was two files:

BTW: I am wondering, because the first file has 1,60 GB but the extracted files are only 139 MB. Is there something hidden inside the zip??
There is no system.img, recovery.img, boot.img .....
Is is possible to flash back to stock with this two files? How is the procedure? The CID and MID are matching.

Could someone please help me out. I have flashed my device with the rom from below tread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/des...-official-marshmallow-htc-desire-816-t3323367
Everything working fine, except my wifi is not turning on. When i tried to install other custom rom, It is working.
I really need a stock rom for my device, preferable with MM please. Below is my device details:

Would be great also if anyone could provide me with TWRP/CWM backup for my region device.
You should probably remove/edit out your serial number and IMEI just in case.

If you didn't update to lollipop/marshmallow officially before "you don't have LP/MM firmware installed b4" you'll get wifi/touch problems when you flash any rom based on them .. its in the OP of the rom.

Possible to let me know where can i get the firmware and possible for me to flash it separately? Thank in advanced
HI everyone
I have this firmware:
0PK7IMG_HIAU_ML_TUHL_M60_SENSE70_MR_HTC_Europe_2.30.401.1_Radio_1.1550V70.2501.0304_HT[W.T]_release_490382_combined_signed
I have :
(bootloader) kernel: lk
(bootloader) product: htc_hiau_ml_tuhl
(bootloader) version: 1.0
(bootloader) imei: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(bootloader) version-main: 2.30.401.1
(bootloader) boot-mode: download
(bootloader) version-baseband: READ version-baseband ERROR
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.01.0000
(bootloader) mid: 0PK711000
(bootloader) cid: HTC__J15
I used this method:
From fastboot you need to first re-lock your bootloader
fastboot oem lock
Once locked it will boot back into bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
Now your booted to the black HTC screen. Make sure your Rom.zip file is in your adb/fastboot folder
fastboot flash zip Rom.zip
and this error :
C:\Users\Usuario Final\Desktop\platform-tools>fastboot flash zip 0PK7IMG.zip
load_file: could not allocate -1806505155 bytes
error: cannot load '0PK7IMG.zip'
this firmware: 0PK7IMG_HIAU_ML_TUHL_M60_SENSE70_MR_HTC_Europe_2.30.401.1_Radio_1.1550V70.2501.0304_HT[W.T]_release_490382_combined_signed has many zip files inside
What other method can I use?
Thanks
Used the latest version of fastboot.
If you install hTC sync manager on your PC, I would recommend to use the htc_fastboot located on
X:\Program Files (x86)\HTC\HTC Sync Manager\HTC Sync
Messed up few things and now need to revert back to stock. Looked through HTC dev site and cant' find any. Thanks.

what a waste of a download that was thanks wasnt even an ruu just full of zip's and cant be extracted into a bigger file
You don't need to extract the zip. Rename zip to 2PZFIMG & copy to root of SD Card (2nd sim slot). Turn off the phone and enter download mode. Phone will detect the RUU file & confirm the flash.

Hello,
I have a Ultra U, which was stuck in some kind of boot loop / boot screen after a potential update.
I would like to flash a stock rom as the device is and should remain locked and as stock as possible.
Tried already to wipe data/factory reset but without any success.
Where do I find the stock rom? And how to intall it?

Do you have found an OTA.zip file?
I need it too, I have the same problem as you...

Hi,
if you're able to access the phone via fastboot, you can try the following method:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/u-ultra/help/howto-unbrick-ultra-t3891033
Greetings
Try this one:
2PZFIMG_OCEAN_NOT[email protected]80307_63.34_release_522808_signed_2_4 .zip
Rename the file to "2PZFIMG.zip" and place it in root of sdcard. Boot into download mode and confirm flash with volume+ button
Hey,
I think I have truly messed my device up - I was running another ROM for a while and wanted to return to stock. After many hours of stupid decisions, I am left with a phone that has no recovery or OS, and is bootloader locked. Here are my vars.
$ fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) kernel: lk
(bootloader) product: htc_oceuhl
(bootloader) version: 1.0
(bootloader) max-download-size: 1578400000
(bootloader) serialno: FA72N1700911
(bootloader) slot-count: 0
(bootloader) current-slot:
(bootloader) imei: 355166080305519
(bootloader) version-main: 2.21.401.12
(bootloader) boot-mode: download
(bootloader) version-baseband: [email protected]
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.0.0.0000
(bootloader) mid: 2PZF10000
(bootloader) cid: HTC__034
Any tips on what to do?
So I think I can install an OTA via the sdcard and download mode, however
(bootloader) version-main: 2.21.401.12
is stopping me. For some reason the version is higher than any OTA I can find?! I know there is a tool to change this version, however it relies on adb (and I think root).
