network problem!!!!

dear all,
i have a network connection probşem with my htc hd2 leo.
details:
*i live in romania but orginally i from turkey
*i have turkish simcard- TURKCELL
*i have romanian simcard-COSMOTE
*when i am in romania my both two sim cards are working perfectly sure TURKCELL is romaning
*but when i came to turkey and insert my TURKCELL simcard my phone didnt connect to network and i have tried other turkish gsm brands' simcards but results were same.
*when i insert my COSMOTE simcard into my leo it was working perfectly in Turkey as roaming.
*phone recognize simcard all contacts and everthing on simcard but does not connect to network.
question;
what may cause this and what should i do?
i am using WWE and 1.48 rom.

I was under the impression that you needed to register a phone in Turkey, in order to use Turkish networks. That would explain why you can use it as if roaming, on a non-Turkish SIM, but not on a turkish SIM.

[Q] Does it possible to unlock Legend without code ?

Hi guys
I have a German vodafone Legend
I try to unlock its simlock I changed the rom but I cant unlock it to my mobile provider Turkcell Turkey
I can use it with my vodafone sim card or other serbian simcard
But I cant use it by my Turkcell sim card
does it possible to unlock it by software or must I use the unlocking code
if I need unlocking code there is no code entering message when I put my card
som one can help me please

I bought a "ZTE A2017" from China and inserted it into the SIM card and made a call. (ZTE A2017 V1.0 B10).
I changed the phone to the ROM of ''turkey'' for Persian language. (ZTE A2017G V1.2 B03).
It does not currently recognize the SIM card, but it supports Persian language. ERROR MASEGE (the radio is off).
Please full guide me for reactivate sim card and install the CUSTOM ROM..:crying::crying:

Try getting the sim card off the phone and inserting it again. if it doesn't work try the other slot

You put a rom from G variant on a China phone variant. Try to put an original rom for the A2017 variant

The other guy is right, but you could also try to flash an A2017 modem file if you have TWRP

Toast notifications language

Hi,
i have a sony xperia c6603.
i recently traveled and inserted a new SIM (Orange), then installed internet settings from that carrier.
it was all in french. but when i returned and inserted my old SIM the toast notification was still in french.
phone language is English, everything else is in English. except toast messages.
how do i restore it to English?
