Dear,
I bought the swift black for substratum, and I even bought the extra package for substratum that is required to run it on te s8.
But, when I apply the theme, everything seems fine except for the notifications. There still all white.
Is that an issue with the rom I'm running or an issue with substratum itself?
Hope someone can help me.
With the stock ROM on the S8, Substratum themes are not able to change the color of the notifications.
What ROM do you have installed?

Yeah go to rice rom control app and change it from there.
Yup, you can't change notifications color or quick settings colors with substratum mods, it's made for AOSP ROMs, not for TouchWiz/SamsungExperience
I'm using Rice app on Renovate ROM and it works perfectly

Do you have a custom ROM? You might want to change the statusbar text color.

Try Gravity Box to change the color. You'll need xposed though.

Which substratum themes have u guys tried that work? I'm scared to try some because of the fact that I might get caught in a bootloop with no way of recovering
Swift Dark (using the Android 7 - Lineage variant) and LockClean works. Also, themes made in ThemeDIY work perfectly.
I'm using Spectrum theme with no ill effects.
What?!!! You got root or there is a way to make it work without root?

In which theme? They all worked fine, but of course, no OMS on stock. The only lock screen modifications I've done were with LockClean.

It's my favorite. Lots of color choices.
One word of advice, remember substratum is in legacy mode for us for now. If you were updating to new OS version, remember to remove all the overlays first. I forgot about this and had to wipe to get it to boot after updating, but other than that user error, everything seems to work just fine with all the themes I tried.
I am new to substratum and am trying it on unrooted Oreo. I am using Spectrum and I can't figure out how to fix the notifications, they are unreadable, white text on a light grey background. I even tried disabling the Spectrum settings and that doesn't seem to work.

After applying the theme. Reboot and your notifications should be the color you chose. This works for me at least.

Thanks. I saw that some of the settings changed immediately without rebooting, I didn't realize you had to reboot to get the full effect.

Anybody know who the dev was for the 0pt.navbar so we could reach out to them possibly?

it's @tytydraco, but he himself still can't make one for Oreo, i don't think it will ever be like 0pt.navbar, at least without root.

You can adjust the height via the adb. Work perfectly with my swipe gestures. And no useless bar under the keyboard.

The only substratum themes that I've found and use are Flux, Pitch Black S and Swift Black.
Does anybody use some other themes which I haven't found that work on unrooted note 9?
Sprite works great on Pie
AOSPUI Black is good too. Only theme so far that gives me all black notifications without root.

How did you get Substratum to work? When I down load and open it, it says nothing available for this device yet?
I haven't had any luck with it. I really want to try Linear but there are so many things broken or for older app versions that it just won't apply.
