I have unlocked bootloader of my phone and install custom recovery (twrp) .
Then I try to root my phone and rebooted it but it just shows 'boot loader just unlocked ' not turning on .
What can I do?

You have flashed the incorrect su. Restore the backup.

Get it in download mode (power down + volume down + home button), find the correct file which is to be flashed with odin (better try 2 different versions, if it doesn't boot with last one, try an older). Flash it with pc/odin. Phone is 99.9% ok, you just have to do everything right with the correct files, which means read alot. I have been in these situations many times..

Just download custom rom , put it on sd card boot to recovery and flash it .

I can't boot it into recovery
As the title says, I tried to install TWRP onto my Galaxy S5 via the app. It said that everything was successful but when I try to boot into recovery, I get stuck on a loop that says recover failed with a big caution icon saying start up failed. I can get out of the loop by using Odin and trying to install the recovery through that but it fails but I can at least turn my phone on and use it. I would like to get TWRP on my phone still but every outlet I have tried does seem to work. I could use some help here. My phone is rooted with a custom stock rom.

We cannot instal twrp on our phone unless the bootloader is unlock.

I have flashed twrp 3.2.1 via odin 3.12.3, but why I didn't see twrp interface when I boot into recovery? It says something like this:
Android Recovery

user/release-keys
Use volume up/down and power
Reboot system now
Reboot to bootloader
Apply update from ADB
Apply update from SD card

Based on what i have seen on youtube, it's not the twrp interface? It's G900F, un-rooted, not sure other status.

ok, after rooting, and re flash twrp, it now boots into twrp.

but i can't pass the 9th stage
i flashed the phone with twrp.img and Reboot the phone in recovery mode, i can see the Factory Reset screen, i have clicked on the first and second YES, the data is erased ( no problem i have a backup ) but i dont know what doing after this stage the phone is rebooted to the normale mode now.
please help me to rooting my device please.

After flashing the TWRP you need to reboot in recovery with the combination explained in that thread, if you don't reach the reset you'll have to flash the TWRP again.

after flashing with twrp, i rebooted my phone in recovery mode and i get the white screen ( have only YES or No for erase data ) and i don't know what do after that.

If the phone didn't reboot once between the flash of TWRP and the boot trough combination in recovery you have to confirm yes two times and you'll enter in TWRP

which ROM did you try to root ?
What do you mean by stuck ? What happen if you reboot ?

and then i flashed a custom room
when i press reboot system in TWRP it boots back again to TWRP
my only way to boot up my phone is to go to boot loader and press Start
i tried the method here
