Hi there, I'm coming up with the following problem,
I was downgrading my P9 Lite via official downgrade from Huawei.
It was successfull but I am stucking in a boot loop.
It shows the Huawei Logo, vibrates two times and then stays in that mode.
I had an locked bootloader and everything original but when I connected it via fastboot (vol down & power) it says all "unlocked" but I couldn't flash any files (remote: command not allowed), then I unlocked it and flashed the Open Kirin TWRP and fastboot told me it was successfull but I still stucking in boot loop.
As a last try I extracted the Update.app and tried to flash system.img boot.img cust.img recovery.img and recovery2.img which all was successfull but it contains in that boot loop.
How could that be?
I hope someone has a solution, I really need my phone.
Thanks in advance,
UACX64
Reflash the software with the dload methkd.
//EDIT
Managed to fix it and bring it back to life through TWRP.

Hey guys!
My Hardware:
Huawei VNS-L21
Windows PC
I've flashed the oeminfo of a Huawei VNS-L31 on my VNS-L21 (followed this guide: http://www.htcmania.com/showpost.php?p=23861935&postcount=2) and after that, I've installed B100 rom via DLOAD-Method. Everything worked fine. Then I wantet to upgrade to Nougat (B336), so I downloaded the ROM and the L31 Data (because I've previously flashed the oeminfo of a VNS-L31, mentioned before). I've done that in the Revolution recovery b. 8. Flashing the main system worked fine, but flashing the data failed. I don't know why (maybe I didn't have enugh patience) but I rebootet anyway. Now I have the problem that I can neither boot to the system nor boot to recovery. However, I am able to access fastboot and I am able to flash recovery, system, cust and boot. I've tried flashing the B336 rom via fastboot (flashing system.img, boot.img, recovery and recovery2 from the extracted firmware and cust.img from the extracted data folder), but I'm still not able to boot. My phone is stuck in the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen as seen in the attachment. I've tried meticulu's twrp and revolution recovery, they also fail to boot (I also get to the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen.)
Hopefully you can help me.
Best regards,
- 4240 Benny

Doesn't work, I've tried that several times
Try to get a recovery running.
So try to flash different recoveries (Meticulus TWRP or Revolution Recovery) with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery *.img)
Flashing N recovery like this *should* work.
Report back then for next steps.

I've tried Revolution recovery and meticulu's TWRP, both don't seem to work. When I try to boot to recovery I do get the "Your device has been unlocked.." screen...
When i want to enter recovery (by buttons or OTA reason), my phone stucks on Huawei logo. If I normally boot my phone to system it starting without any problems. Fastboot works and i extracted recovery.img from update.app (B596) and flashed it, but this doesn't help.

Try flashing twrp.
Oh... That's was my dying HDD fault. When write sometimes don't working. I noticed that recovery file is form year ago although I overwritten this file with a new one. It didn't worked because i flashed wrong recovery file.
So I unlocked my bootloader on my Huawei P8lite ALE-L21 yesterday and flashed twrp recovery. Trough twrp I tried to root the phone by flashing.. It sort of failed and I got into a bootloop.. Then I tried to get out of the boot loop by trying methods I found online. Other's did nothing so I tried to flash boot, recovery, system images.. Now it won't get in a boot loop but I get the huawei logo for 3 seconds and the phone turns off. I can only boot in bootloader.. Is there any way I could still make it work or is it completely lost now?
Update: I flashed Boot.img and recovery.img again and now im stuck at the point where huawei logo appears, but not turning off phone. I am also able to get to recovery now.
Update2: I flashed a different system.img now and suddendly the phone started working.. Problem solved I guess.

Probably issue with your downloaded image make sure you md5 check them
Hi, I have a PRA-LX1C02, soft bricked.
I have access to the bootloader that is unlocked, I have access to the twrp recovery.
I tried to flash several firmware of these images: Boot.img, system.img, cust.img.
But nothing. I also tried the UPDATE.APP file in dload (both sd and external_sd) but stopped at 5%.
I also tried DC_Phoenix but it did not change anything.
The maximum result I get is: Logo Huawei, Bootloader Unlock Warning, ANDROID and after a while it turns off and reboots in erecovery.
What can I do?
In twrp try to flash supersu then reboot
Hi, thanks for replay.
I flash last supersu and it's the same:
Huawei logo, bootloader unlock warning, android logo, reboot itself, huawei logo, bootloader warning and stop at erecovery huawei...
anythings else?
Flash Stock recovery then do Factory Reset and Wipe cache/Data
With Flash stock recovery, what do you mean?
I flashed a lot of time boot.img, system.img, cust.img.
But the problem still remains
---EDIT---
I flash recovery.img (sorry bad understanding), make a factory reset and wipe chache/data.
But same problem
I have an Huawei P9 Lite bricked. I cannot power on it. It is stuck with the "Huawei Boot screen" and recovery mode doesn't work (same stuck boot screen). There's a tool like Odin that can flash firmwares from PC?
EDIT: I managed to get in the fastboot but Hisuite cannot detect my phone. What I can do now?

I have the same problem!
I had a similar problem. The cause was flashing a wrong recovery. After going into fastboot and flashing the right one, all started working again.
