I'm thinking of switching from the EVO LTE to a "broken S3" that my step-dad gave me.
Before I switch, I wanted some battery benchmarks from you guys.
So far, the battery is 82% after 14 hours of idle.
What kind of battery life do you expect?

As title says, tips and tricks on how to save battery, such as kernel tweaks, xposed modules, certain apps, and ROMs. Gsam screenshots would be appreciated
I've found that CM12 with pico apps does wonders for battery life
Just a quick tip, if you travel overseas without roaming, ie using your phone for photos or media, then you should always be in airplane mode to stop the radios constantly searching for a signal and burning battery, This added a good 40% of batterylife to my M8 when I was overseas recently.
