[Q] How to create a custom ROM for redmi note 4g ??

As there is not much development for redmi note 4g......I have decided to create or rather PORT ROMs for this device !!
Please someone tell me how to do it ??
For ex - I want to get cm 12 on redmi note 4g

HAVOC ROM is rock solid stable and smooth for Redmi note4 ,
Any procedure to port it to oneplus 5?

Is there any ROM development for the note 7?
I would have thought with sources released a little while we would have started to see a few builds start to pop up?
I know im being a bit of a begging chooser here (as i ask being fully aware i cant contribute any expertise to any project.

Only GSIs for now. And i think there will be none custom roms...only a chinese TWRP.

Redmi Note 7 INDIA (lavender) (12MP+2MP) and Redmi Note 7 EEA/CN (lavender) (48MP+5MP) has separate stock ROM, will any rom built for lavender work in these three device?

can it be possible to forget about the Indian version of the phone, or to make the camera a separate patch?

I think because of the same device codename, a custom ROM for "lavender" will have camera drivers, patches for both Redmi Note 7 Global/China and Redmi Note 7 India.
