I need help For rooting oppo a37 without downgrade
I check from oppo a57 thread that oppo a57 use miflash for installing twrp and rooting their phone
You can search it
I think oppo a37 can use same method with different twrp file
Can someone help me making that twrp file?
Thanks
I have found method rooting oppo a37 without downgrade using miflash
Just flash old boot.img from old firmware using miflash
Then root using kingroot (i have taste it)
But flash back your original boot.img file after rooting
Or your wifi won't work (i only try wifi)
If some one need it i'll share the file needed
Step by tutorial post karo

Thanks man!
I've searched and tried too many methods none of them worked.
I even broke my device (soft break) while I was trying to do a root using a method for SM-A800F model, and I had a really bad day.
I couldn't restore my device using stock rom it failed on writing boot.img step (using odin).
I had to extract boot.img from the stock firmware (using winrar) then creating a new boot.tar using this tool tar-Tool_Odin3-v3.07_by_mkh.mourad to fix the problem.
I've tried too many "one click root apps" for both PC and Android (king root, Frama, mobogenie, root genius, rootx, few more) also none of them worked.
any help would be great
Thanks
SOLVED
I managed to get my phone rooted by following the instructions on this reply

Download my file here for samsung galaxy a800i root <<DOWNLOAD>>, and make sure you are on 5.1.1, flash it on pda using odin. make sure you enable usb debugging and oem unlock option. Dont tick auto restart, Flash it and when it is done, hold power button to restart, then see the magic and press thanks button! give feedback either it is working or not. and if you want to donate me, please press the donation button. thank you.

I've got this response from RVR, But I'm not convinced that this solution will work, because the recovery is not for this device.
it's for Samsung Galaxy Alpha which has 5.0.2 android version, mine is 5.1.1.
I think he just opened androidfilehost forum and searched for A8 and got a file for wrong device:
androidfilehost.com/?w=search&s=A8
Here's the link ..
Select in the AP tab of odin
Uncheck the auto reboot button
flash
reboot straight into recovery
Try flashing the SuperSU zip .. : download.chainfire.eu/SuperSU
Keep Stock firmware handy to flash in case the zip flash fails

Maybe....
If you have backups by your ROM.... So only you decide if you want update or no update.
Very users have brick with ROOTed device. So...UNROOT and you decide.

I think no. Very users cannot update with ROOTed phone and/or have problems after update phone with ROOTed phone.
So is better make process to UNROOT and you decide if you want update.
That file is official bcoz was removed directly sdcard after download Wireless Update Fota application. The file wasn't modified.

I'm trying to get my BLU Studio Energy 2 to install the new wireless update after having rooted my phone using the guide here. In an attempt to get the update installed, I did a full unroot in SuperSU, flashed the original recovery ROM you posted, ran the "root integrity check" from the bootloader successfully, and wiped the cache. When I reboot my phone and try to do the wireless update, I still get the "Your system is damaged, wireless update is disabled" message. I even tried copying the original V12 update zip you posted to my phone and told it to do a local update. It behaved as though it was installing fine, but upon rebooting my phone, now in the wireless update screen, it shows my current version to be V05. Is there something else I'm missing?

My Energy 2 has V08 and not V05.
So rooted phones has files that change or modify the original files and update process know when users have ROOT!
When The users flash custom recoveries not backup stock ROM. The users go to ROOT immediately and it's "damaged" stock ROM.
If you not modify/delete any files from stock ROM so should ROOT process that not go update to V12!!

hello friends why there is no safe stock rom for honor 8 lite
pra-la1C185
all the roms in frimware finder were broken
and after installing them
camera and microphone were not working
i tried installing them with fastboot and twrp
but had no camera and sound at all
some of friends said it is because of broken boot.img or vendor.img
and some friends said root your phone by flashing SuperSUv2.82-EMUI5-dm-verity-Permissive.zip
because it edits the boot.img and camera and sound is working i tried that and camera and microphone were working
but really don't need root all the time and after unrooting they don't work again
i searched a lot and didn't find any good rom
plz help and find a safe and sound rom for honor 8 lite pra-la1c185
i need it very fast plz help friends
Based on what you said, just leave it rooted.
