Hey guys, i get everyday notification from s health asking me about my sleep like" were you asleep between ** to **, click here to save it manually"
anyway that this can be done automatically without confirming with me everytime ?
I hVent found a way yet. But thought that should have been a stock feature lol

You need Samsung Smart Watch to do automatically. I hope you know all the different versions of Samsung Watches available in market.

yes, so basically you would need to be wearing the smart watch when you're asleep to get a reading or track your sleep.
I have this function last month but it disappears I don't know why I need help please

Hi!
Is it just me or why is my Twitter not upated as soon as a new twitt is written.
I have made a small test and when i write something on my PC's twitter it takes a while before i can see it on my HD2. How come?
Get the TouchTwit app. It's like $2, and I've found it to be way more useful and prompt than the included Peep program. Not perfect, but better.

I've the same problem, in the settings I've set the update to every 15 minutes, but I have always update it manually. When I wake up in the morning I always see that the last update was around midnight and that update was done by myself.

Then we have a new problem/bug for them to fix....
My guess is that we're never going to see any fix for our problems now when there's new models out on the market that needs fixing as well But i read a thread about the U.S model have had a new ROM that fixed every problem the old one had... I'm glad for them and are hoping that the rest of the world can expect the same treatment.
Not any fix atm?
have no idea, think its something wrong with the program.... hope they update it someday
So I am finding conflicting information online about this functionality. Essentially when I would like to do is say a hotword (the default is "google") and the phone would launch a search. As far as I can tell this can only be initiated from within Google Now, which to be honest is almost pointless. Given that you need to touch the screen to launch Google Now its just as easy to hit the little microphone icon. Is it possible to launch the Google Now search without actually being in Google Now? It would be great if I could simply roll over after I get up in the morning and say a hotword which wakes the phone and launches the search app.

You are correct, that's how it is supposed to work. The phone Googling every time somebody said Google would be out of control.
It's probably possible somehow, but the constant listening for voice input would reduce your battery to a potato.

The microphone constantly enabled while endlessly comparing the input to listen for a keyword?
Absolutely, yes.
Ok, so what about if that only happened when it was charging? For instance, when I am sleeping I leave the phone on the nightstand next to my bed and it is plugged in. Alternatively if you have it setup in your car so that it is charging while you drive. Both instances are ideal for when you would need truly "hands free" access to search functionality.

Thats actually not a terrible idea, although the glowing phone might get kind of annoying while trying to sleep! For driving however that is a great way to do it, so thank you for the suggestion.

You could also use some kinda of app (I forget the name of it) that would auto launch google now and leave the screen on when the phone is plugged in.

I can't answer 1, but...
2. You can use services for long running background tasks.
3. Not sure exactly what you mean, do you want to detect if the screen is off?

Try receiving the ACTION_SCREEN_OFF intent in a broadcast receiver inside you're always on service. My post count is too low to post links, but there's lots of examples out there, try Googling "detect screen off android".

1. Check MediaRecorder of if you want to go deeper - Funf
2. WakeLock? Will keep the device on all time. There is no guarantee that your app will be alive all the time, there are mechanisms to free up resources in Android which can take care of your app.

It looks like there is no way for Android to capture the sound before it goes to the speaker. Voice recording apps use VOICE_DOWNLINK to record what will go to the speaker from third-party, but it for calls only.
OP, did you figure it out?

Double tap wake does not work with auto screen app listed above? Only pick up phone function works to wake the phone? Which is kind of useless when using fingerprint scanner

I'm using the LG Style and would like the watch to switch to DND when it's being charged, switching it back to allow notifications when removed from the charger.
Have I missed a setting or is there an IFFT rule I can apply?
I can't be the only user who doesn't understand why my watch buzzing on the desk -- far from my arm is supposed to be in any way useful.

Here is the app you want.

I don't use IFTT, so not sure there. I use Tasker and AutoWear, and it works great. Surely you can figure out how to do what you desire.

Thanks but I know of that app -- I have zero desire to link the phone and watch DND (I'm one of the few people who think they made the right call in separating the two).
I want my phone to stay completely silent 100% of the time. The watch I want to notify of messages/calls ONLY when on my wrist.

I tried Autowear that "When power connected" change "zenmode" to 1 but it doesn't work. Can you help with how you've done it? My only goal is when my Wear OS Watch is charging, DND is turned on on the watch. (It's a Fossil).
Thank's
