Hi friends .
I recently unlocked and rooted my phone huawei P 8 lite ALE-L21 , and I tried to install TWRP recovery via official TWRP app from play store , then I took a backup of stock recovery but in app not to my PC ! .
phone now reboots to RESCUE MODE and sayes ( Attentin ! Please update system again , Error Func NO : 12 (boot image) , Error NO : 2 (boot failed in normalboot mode!)

Twrp should be installed from the PC and backup should be done on twrp backup panel . It boot in eRecovery ? If yes , in the eRecovery panel you should be able to download the last rom and recovery if system is corrupted, there is an option in the panel to do this .

No dear . It does not boot in eRecovery , It boots in Rescue mode and doesn't accept any order .:highfive:

Friend, if you want to re-cover phone, do this steps.
1. Connect your phone to PC and fast press volume down and power button (phone needs to be off)
2. You will be now on Bootloader & rescue mode.
3. Get boot.IMG and flash it (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
4. reboot

In fact I don't remember but EMUI 3.1 B185 as I think for middle east version .

Shutdown and then just (power and Volume up till boots in recovery

It ignored to fastboot always go to Rescue Mode even when fast press volum down and power button .

First of all I unlocked my bootloader with no issues. However, when I tried to install TWRP
When i do installation steps and go to recovery to check twrp i found huawei recovery !!

I don't know if this works, by the way, you can try this: flash TWRP, then type "fastboot reboot" or keep Vol down to restart your phone. Right after, should appear a black screen and you need to quickly press Power button + Vol up to boot in recovery mode before the system loads up

Sometimes reboot when installing process & sometimes installation success but when I wanna reboot to system always show "NO OS INSTALLED"

You are using wrong command.. Command is " fastboot flash recovery (filename).img " and in your case it must be : 'fastboot flash recovery twrp.img'
I too had the same problem and I fixed it by Flashing CMW Recovery through Minimal ADB and Fastboot

you should be able to boot in fastboot/rescue mod by press and hold volume down,conect your usb cable on pc and press power button,once there,flash via fastboot this files:boot,recovery,cust and system according to your build number

I wiped my phone twice and twice install custom always booted about 10-15min.
I cannot understand where is the error, but you can try this method:
1. Install TWRP v3.0.2 (by Xepeleato)
1. Download the stock ROM B584
2. Install stock ROM with TWRP
3. When phone booted to stock B584 install again TWRP v3.0.2 (by Xepeleato)
4. Try install custom B584

Do you have twrp or the Huawei recovery? By the way did you try fastboot commands? Not adb. Both are different things.

I tried fastboot commands too... So I haven't any access to my phone by my computer. Btw, what are TWRP and Huawei recovery ? Does it helps if i don't have access to my phone ?

Did you flash any custom recovery on your phone? TWRP (team win recovery project). What happens when you get in fastboot boot and rescue mode? Black screen? Does your phone charges if you connect It to charger? If yes then it is good news.

I can't get into fastboot and rescue mode but when I plug it into the compute, it charges. I didn't flashed any custom recovery :/

It should still be able to do force update or at least fail to do it. Make sure you have like >70% battery. Put UPDATE.APP in folder named dload in your sd-card and hold 'vol -, vol + and power.'

If your phone still boots in rescue mode, then I think the rom you've flashed is not compatible with your phone. As @up said, try to force an update.

The only keyboard shortcut that works is v - and power for fastboot mode.
Ok ... and what could be the right rom?
The last Rom that worked was the slimrom Marshmallow for Ale-L21.

I came up with the following solution:
1. Flash TWRP (fastboot flash recovery <path>.img)
2. Type fastboot reboot and then unplug the usb cable as fast as you can and hold vol+ to boot into twrp.
3. Wipe -> Swipe to Factory Reset
4. Wipe -> Format Data
5. Download B896_update.zip
6. Advanced -> ADB Sideload -> Swipe to Start Sideload
7. adb sideload <path_to_b896>.zip
8. Once the process is finished, reboot the phone.

What were you trying to do when problem started. It probably won't do anything at your state, but have you tried to hold vol+ in fastboot mode, normally it should go to eRecovery.(not that you can do anything with it, but would be good to know)
Also try things with usb cable plugged and un-plugged this really makes difference in some cases.

It should still be able to do force update or at least fail to do it. Make sure you have like >70% battery. Put UPDATE.APP in folder named dload in your sd-card and hold 'vol -, vol + and power.'

What were you trying to do when problem started. It probably won't do anything at your state, but have you tried to hold vol+ in fastboot mode, normally it should go to eRecovery.(not that you can do anything with it, but would be good to know)
Also try things with usb cable plugged and un-plugged this really makes difference in some cases.

I uninstalled the firmware before the problem happened!

The recovery does not come? What do you mean?
My solution works only on P8 lite 2015 (that's the op's phone model).

How exactly you did it? That should never be necessary or good idea to do.(Unless you are only wiping partitions in recovery.)

The rom you've flashed is not compatible with P8 lite 2015. Unfortunately, you've probably hardbricked your phone - there is no way to fix it.
