Hey! Is it possible to connect to 2 Bluetooth speakers and play music in both at the same time? The s8 can do it and we have Bluetooth 5. I have heard that its software dependent, and that android O will support it. But I know XDA and that almost everything is possible

I just received my gv18 smartwatch and other than struggling with the on screen keyboard I'm liking it so far although the vibrate is very weak. Could someone tell me how I could use this with a bluetooth headset as at the moment when connected to my smartphone all audio comes through the watch. I hope this is possible as being able to use a bluetooth headset is one of the main reasons I got this but if I cant control the phones music to play by bluetooth or connect watch to headset I might have to sell it. EDIT I have worked out how to do this it has to be done in the google music app but question remains how do I connect the watch to bluetooth headset? Lastly I don't need Nfc so is it possible that a 22mm straight end strap will fit?
Watch straps are changeable and I can confirm that there does not seem to be a way of connecting bluetooth headset to the watch
Ive managed to get my watch to find headphones but pairing fails
Hello!
Real quick question and haven't seen anything recent about it. Do Bluetooth headphones work with the nexus player yet?
Thanks for any info. About to set up an audio/video situation and this would be perfect for me!
Just paired my Jaybird X2's with it and they work.
They work after the Marshmallow OTA.
I have tried BT heaphones with Nexus Player and it doesn't work as well as the Fire TV. I get a lot of stuttering with the Nexus Player. Not sure if it's casue if the BT is better in Fire TV.
I have some that work and some that don't. Right now I have a Bluetooth receiver that I can connect to my wired headphones so I can watch movies at night without bothering the family.
is it possible to do it with a app that is running on the phone. For example ios or android phone. because these devices have the bluetooth feature
Does anyone have this issue when you connect to a smart watch, the Bluetooth Audio device will start to have audio problem and fine without the 2nd Bluetooth device paired
Thanks in advance
I'm having BT audio skipping/stuttering issues with my v20 and my 2016 Mustangs Ford Sync. I also use a moto 360 watch. Wonder if having 2 devices is causing the issue? didn't have any BT problems with my s7 Edge.
edit:
not the moto360 causing issues for me, same problems even without the watch on. Maybe it's the app I'm using not ready for Nougat (DI.FM). Going to try .pls files in VLC player to see if that works better.
Yeah , I didn't have this issue with my Note 7. Hopefully someone have a fix

I have not experienced any issues and I do have great fit 2. I sync to my car and two different sets of headphones without issue.
I have a rooted h918 with gear fit 2 and sometimes my jabra revo bt or my Ford sync no issues
Was wondering if there is anyway around not being able to connect two bluetooth devices "of the same type" to my Nexus 6P?
For example, my wife and I want to listen to an audiobook playing from my Nexus 6P on our own separate bluetooth earbuds. It appears this is not possible.
I know it is possible to connect two bluetooth devices of "different" types, such as earbuds and a wireless keyboard, but it appears you cannot connect two of the "same" type.
Any apps or workarounds for this?
And, is this a limitation of the Nexus 6P? Of the operating system (I am also using Android O beta, and same problem)? Or a limitation of Bluetooth protocol?
I think it's a limitation of Bluetooth itself. Bluetooth 5 will bring support for 2 audio devices at the same time.
True, you would need a device with Bluetooth 5 and accessories bt5 compatible. The new Galaxy S8 & + have bt5...
You're probably using a2dp and fall in an Android limitation. See https://developer.android.com/reference/android/bluetooth/BluetoothA2dp.html
Hi guys,
is it possible to connect and use 2 bluetooth 5 devices at the same time?
As example i want to connect two bt speakers and play the same song simultanous on booth devices.
Or would it possible with a magisk module?
thanks for the help =)

It's not something the phone can do, but it is a feature of certain speakers called Party Mode.
UE Boom has these features. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=987xr-9meLs
Yeah the UE Boom speakers are awesome and let you connect 2 or more. Others these days may do the same also but it will be through their app and not the phone itself like with the UE Boom speakers.
Why is this not a thing, especially since manufacturers keep removing headphone jacks that were easy to split. I've been looking for a wireless Bluetooth repeater that does this? Has anyone found such a device? I've found some that use headphone jacks as the input, but haven't found one that takes Bluetooth in, and then sends Bluetooth back out to multiple devices.
