try with 20180122-1
Make sure you are on Oreo with Magisk Permissive script v1.2 installed and using TWRP 3.2.1.1

Note: - there is a space between the "https://" and "photos". Remove it and link wiill work

You have to search a bit because the latest releases are only available on Telegram.
