Looking for cheap smartwatch to to mod/hack/reprogram

Hi,
I'm looking for a cheap smartwatch, which I can mod (custom firmware and so on...)
Is there something like this on the market?

It you are looking for real android devices you can take a look at the zgpax S8 or the K8 android smartwatch. Both types have threads here already with community support.

Which one 2 din should I choose?

Hi Guys,
could you sugest me which one of avaliable and not overpriced 2 din android car units should I buy?
I'm looking something for my Kia Ceed 1.
Which one is less problematic?
Important: BT + external microphone
Not important: DVD

In my experience, BT (especially the external microphone) is the weakest point of most of these units. Otherwise, they're amazing.

Can I find a chinese android 2 din unit that has a good quality external microphone and Bt streaming?
I am interested in buying something that works out of the box, and not doing any mic mod on the unit.

BT streaming works well, but the mic issue is fairly disappointing across the board and really my only gripe.

So there is not even a single android unit with acceptable mic?
I was planning to replace my old nokia CK-7W. As far as I can see most of those units dont have a tel. mute so I doubt those can work in parallel.

Not that I've seen. They're pretty much all the same hardware with different brand names and customized launchers.

Could you give few examples of head units that are actualy stable?
Any comments about following?:

Those are basically the same unit. And can be had for cheaper on eBay if you're in the US.

Sorry, I have no idea about shipping to UE. I remember when there were good deals to be had on Alibaba, but those days seem to be gone for those of us in the US (at least on the products that interest me.)
Search your favorite shopping sites for android 2 din quad 1024 and you should find what you're looking for. The eBay link I posted is $30 cheaper than the aliexpress links you gave, which is a big enough deal to me since they're likely coming from the same place.

TV BOX to Carplay AI Box

Dears I have a tv box with android 7 and I want to make it a Carplay box in my car. Does anyone know how to make it? Which ROM I have to install ? And how can I change the output from HDMI to USB?

Would be a cheap solution. But unfortnuately i think this is not possible. You Just have to buy a Box exactly for this Kind of purpose.

No think Not, you have to use some sort of allwinnerchipset, Same as the ai Box cp600 is based on. Main Problem is you have to emulate carplay to get the device working with you Car. Just buy a ai Box cp600 over Ali. You get one around 160€.

I know that it is available on Ali but I can not purchase it as there are some Chinese goods are restricted to enter my country and this is one of them. This is the reason why I am asking my questions. I have another idea I hope it works. If the chipset inside these devices is Allwinner, I can get any device with Allwinner H6 chipset and I have this program and I can install it on this chipset. There are lots of Allwinner H6 chipset inside many of the tv boxes Sold here. I don't is this idea deserves the trial or not

Look Out for Ali vendors, that Delivery from Other countries, that should solve your problem. There is also an Other thread Here to ai box that discusses the allwinnerchipset

well, you don't have to connect it through carplay. it should be possible to install android auto.

Personally I think it's impossible. Android TV Box cannot be used as android box for car.

Has anybody managed to crack a Chinese watch with Android OS and replaced it with Android Go?

I was thinking, with the new range of Chinese smartwatches and some having NFC (granted it's just door unlocking etc) but as some of them these days have heavy OS's like Android 8-10 (massive power hungry) why don't they opt for Android Go instead (which is specifically aimed at low specs?) would it be possible just to wipe the OS from one of these watches and stick Go on there instead (saving a **** ton of battery?) and in relation to my original thought, if it had NFC would it be possible to get Google wallet working as well?

i have the A-TGTGA CK 30 Smartwatch i would really like to do this if possible, the OS on this phone is very limited and the watch faces are not very good, i would to have the option to download new watch faces.

I have the Oppo Watch 3 Pro that runs AOSP instead of Wear OS, which I love so much better. You can download and install phone apps fine, the battery lasts me over 5 days with normal use before I have to charge it. I'm just having issues trying to install Google Services which needs to be there for Google wallet to work in the first place. Still trying though! Otherwise, I'm so happy I bought this watch. It's running the new Snapdragon W5 Gen1 processor and it has never slowed down on me once
