I hope someone can help me, I love the look of the new android wear watches and I've noticed that the gear live is the same spec as the gear V700. This maybe a very stupid question but does anyone think if you root the v700 you could then install the android wear ROM ?
Like I say I'm sorry if this is a silly question I'm just hoping its possible.

i want to buy the Imacwear M7. But i only find it with Andoid 4.2 to buy. If i would buy that smartwatch, can i easily update the Android Version to 4.4.? Sorry for my bad Englisch, i am from Germany
Perhaps someone can help me here?
i am interested in that kind of smartwatch, because its waterproof and i can wear it during raining if i go to make sport.

Google Imacwear M702 its the 2Gen of this watch and there is no support I've came across yet other than the thread I started.
I understand, but what is the different between the first and second Gen. Only Android and the watch is more expensive as the first Gen.?
Why not buy from chinavision? They have v2 for 159 USD.
Does anyone have a imacwear M7 manual to share? The M7 is not accepting my sim card and I am not sure of the correct procedure. Please advise the procedure to insert the sim card. I place the metal downwards, however, the slot might be too big and needs padding.
