[Q] How to change the UI of Settings.apk to Whiite Color

I want to Change the UI of Settings.apk to White just like the Example given below:

Statusbar icons change from stock to custom

Hello,
I am using the newest Android for my Note 4 which is 5.1.1 and I am running on stock based rom SimplRom v5. I have never liked the Samsung statusbar icons and I was wondering if it is possible to change them. The most important for me is battery icon, but I would love to change all possible.
I would love to change these icons for the Xperia icons, which for example looks like that:

i add fonts folder to assets folder in apk but i cant find how to call the font that i would like to apply

Hi, I have a new problem. Ive just found how to make a custom bootanimation for Samsung device like my Old Galaxy Note 3, but when I try to put more than 255 frames in my animation, it say to me :
