Is there any way to disable this notification? I've tried blocking android system notifications yet these still appear. Not finding any settings that relate to this to turn off?

Hi All,
I have been having trouble with the phone.
The screen has been turning on by itself and not turning off. The screen will not turn off until i hit the power button. It will not turn off until the phone is out of battery.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Want to bump this up ... having the same issue. I've uninstalled nearly every app (at least the ones I'd think would be problematic) and it's still happening. I've downloaded Spare Parts today to see if I could figure it out but I don't have enough data yet.
Anyone else have this issue? Even when I press the lock button, I sometimes need to press it multiple times to get the screen to turn off.

Do you guys have power saving mode enabled or disabled? Just curious, since that's one of the only things (in addition to message notifications) that affects the screen.
can it have anything to do with automatic updates?

I had this problem before and after root. I also did a factory reset and I thought it was fixed ... but now it's doing it again.
Happens w/ Power Saving mode enabled and disabled.
I've figured out a semi-solution to this which seems to be working:
With Advanced Task Killer:
Enable Auto Kill Frequencey "When screen off"
Set Auto Kill Level to "Aggressive"
Set Security Level to "Medium"
Don't forget to put any apps you don't want killed in the ignore list (like WidgetLocker, your music player, etc.)
This seems to keep the screen locked for me ... but I still can't figure out what app/process is the culprit in waking the screen when it goes to sleep.
Is there a known way to disable the battery full notification yet? I am using GravityBox, which lets you disable the sound, but the screen still wakes up.
Hey all. I have a question about power management and doze mode on the Axon 7. I know in Power Management in the Settings menu you can change power management policies for individual apps, but I'm still a little confused about the "Allow deep sleep" toggle. Is this different from Doze mode built into Marshmallow? I want to extend my battery life without causing too many issues like not getting any notifications or my alarm not going off because I did something stupid.

Just upgraded to Nougat and noticed that pop-up notifications was turned bank on. When you go into notification settings the option to disable them is missing. Does anyone know how to disable them now?
I am running stock with a locked bootloader.
this is driving me nuts. even if you disable notifications in any sms app, the phone wakes. somewhere that has to be a place to turn it off...

Ever since Nougat update (unrooted) on my S7 Edge, I continuously get notified that performance option is on. I'm not an idiot. I know that performance is on. I turned it on. How can I get rid of that notification or any like it? I have disabled all "services" notifications but it doesn't seem to help. It's really making me nuts. Please tell me there is a way to quiet this without rooting? thx...
if its not system notification just disable them, on MM I remember you had an option to never ask again
It is a system notification and when you turn those notifications off it still pushes through. I've long pressed it and what comes up is services and turning all notifications off doesn't keep it quiet. It comes back seemingly randomly.
Has anyone found a solution to this? Its freaking annoying. Had the phone almost 2 years. I know high performance mode is on....
