Anyone knows how to create CWM/TWRP recovery on this device? Is there any custom rom for this device? I can't find one in google.... And I can't root this device.. i've already try all rooting apps.. Plss help me... Thank you.

Use kingoroot to root your phone.
Here's the link: https://www.kingoapp.com/

To flash the stock rom you need to download it from the LG site, according to your specific phone. Than flash it with LG flash tool.
After you upgrade your OS to marshmallow, you can root it like it is on this link:

I have done it! Haha, I'm pretty much overjoyed right now
So to those people who will face this problem in the future, here's some tips.
1. Download your firmware from here: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=237
(ctrl+f) then type the model number
2. Follow the instructions from this site: http://www.file-extensions.org/article/install-kdz-firmware-to-lg-smartphone
3. A window will appear asking for your country and language. Choose different country then your language. (If you are not Korean)
4. If an error about "can't connect to server" occurs, ignore it. You've already downloaded the file, so there's nothing to worry about.
5. Wait until it finishes rebooting and optimizes the apps.
6. ???
7. Profit

You can use Google installer, and give permissions to google play service to read sms etc. In order to work

I'm trying to get a grasp on how many Zenfone 3 ZE552KL/ZE520KL Users there are using custom roms? Please Feel free to fill out the poll so I can see who is using what.

There should be an option for stock ROM. I'm on stock and currently not planning to flash another ROM.

Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the title to make it less ambiguous. I only maintain custom roms which is really my interest. If you like stock that is fine by me.

We/they cant vote RR because its not like viper and los that can use as daily driver ithink if you dev. It Too i will use RR thanks to everything bro GODBLESS

RR has alot of errors like System.UI error messages. And the hardware recent app key doesnt work, althrough there is a vibation when I press the key.

On Rr too

Asus app takes picture good, but video is terrible

We need to Wait on our dev

In my opinion, ZenUI is an ugly UI and the battery life is better with a clean AOSP rom without useless asus bloatware.
When you came from Nexus rom before 4 years, it's hard to stay with ZenUI...

After install Asus flashlight to activate the flash for the first time, flashlight in QS started working!!

Just copy any lib and apk manually. When you make the camera works, do make a script later.

MIUI port to Lenovo K6 Note - possible?

I bought Lenovo K6 Note six months ago and I've been testing some custom ROM-s like Lineage OS, Android Extended and stock. The best in performance was Lineage OS 15.1 but battery optimalisation was terrible. Now I'm using stock Nougat, but I really like MIUI soft. Is it possible to port MIUI on this phone? I know that I could buy Xiaomi phone, but now it's too late a little bit :/ Is there anyone who can do it?

yes it is possible as k6 note has 64bit rom... u can try to port one for k6 note

I've been trying but Lineage OS ROM is packed in .dat files. But I forgot that I've should use zip file grom github to mąkę ROM porting a little bit easier and do the same with MIUI ROM. I'll try to port once again In free time

Today i have tried to port version 9.5 of miui,but it caused bricking of my k53a48,tried 3 different ways for porting,nothing works for now,i will keep you in touch

As far as i know,MIUI 8 is based on Android 6.
The most accurate searching ing google or youtube will be: Hiw to port MIUI on Quallacom device,then we need to find Xiaomi device with the same specs as our device.It has to be with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset.Then we need to download the official ROM for that device.I have some free hours,so i am starting to search

R u using android kitchen to port rom or what u r using.? Let me know so that I also can try to port. My wife has lenovo k6 note. Lineage OS is buttery smooth but there is no volte after trying many methods. Even stock rom has no Volte. So I think MIUI will solve that problem.

Whats up friend, so I do not know portar ROM the only thing I did was get the rom processor base that the colleague above asked him to rely on MIUI to port. now I do not know how to port

Yes, you are correct - the best days of development for m8 are long gone. I think now there are only two roms with active development here - crdroid and los 15.1, also some other builds in oreo thread.
As for Pie - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77307963&postcount=2993
It will probably take months to get it 90% working though, so no pie anytime soon.

Resurrection remix is also actively working on my m8. They are starting to bring up pie, so it should be coming.

Pie cannot be a daily driver until about say five months from now, so let's enjoy Oreo to it's fullest

unfortunately,in this unofficial 6.1 build ,i cant see home,task and back buttons ...

Activate the navbar in in resurrection configurations. That's all you have to do.

What would be new in android pie? As our 2014 flagship is quite stable till marshmallow.. I would like to mention my experience that nougat and oreo get slower with time....

This was great until I realized the brightness slider is broken and it has a fixed level which is okay for indoors but too dim when out in the sun. Any solutions for this?
p.s. livedisplay is also greyed out and unadjustable

Its smooth, battery life okay. Screen rotation is not working but that was expected. But one major problem, ram usage has been drastically increased. Without any apps open in the background 80% of ram already being used which makes device freeze multiple times after opening some apps. Everything else great.

how did you build that? i cant get the resurrection remix source to build for ANY device.
