I have searched lg-firmware as well as this thread and only stock rom listed for the h870ds variant is HK, Taiwan, and CIS region. Does anyone have the stock rom .kdz file for NZ or AUS or ESA?

I notice that in the ROMs page there is a UK firmware version called 10A that was released a week after a Vodafone Ireland firmware called 10J.
Does that mean that the UK 10A is already outdated or do LG ROMs get different version numbers for each region of firmware? In other words, does the UK 10A have the same firmware as Vodafone's 10J?

Okay, I can answer my own question. Just flashed with the UK firmware and it seems to have the same up-to-date radio versions etc as the Vodafone 10J firmware.
It also has the network config app installed by default.

LGD802_10A-232_RADIO.zip or LGD802_10b-HKG-XX_RADIO.zip?
(I am assuming the HKG is Hong Kong, seeing as the other modems are named EUR and AME are likely Europe and Americas, respectively)

Well, all the modems which are starting with LGD802 are for the d802 ofcourse, If your phone came from hongkong then still, it's the D802 International model so you should also be fine with flashing all the modems, it doesn't brick your phone so just test which one works good on your phone :good:. I am not sure about Ame modem but you could try that. Don't be afraid

i flashed succesfully 30c tr turkish fw on uae phone 32gb with 20c fw. via flash tool. Country is important just for ota update.
Hi - I bought my G6 from Germany as the "DEC" region. However i live in Denmark and it seems like the "NEU" kdz is assigned for the Northern Europe.
Will i have difficulties with my phone if i flash the northern europe (scandinavia) than staying on the original DEC? Will i experince any issues

if the model number is the same you can flash if h870 for example and the kdz is for that model you can flash
