I don't have internet on my phone so the only way to install apps is to download them from my computer and transfer it to my phone.
Does it matter if you delete these .apk files from a SD after using them?
troublesum ninty six
No, after you install the apks, you can delete them if you wish.
thanks or all informations
its better to keep the file backup in your computer incase you need to install again you dont need to download again.
Hope someone can help, I have achieved root (have the super user option from apps etc) When I boot into clockwork, I am unable to install updates as it always fails to mount my sd card. From what I have read, it seems to be because the transformer is topsy turvy with it folder naming, it is not looking at the card but the system storage. I can see no way to fix this so I am looking at another option.
Is it possible to push updates from my PC when connected to the transformer? I have the file recovery-3.1.0.1-solarnz-R3-240511-1908, in zip format, could someone tell me the commands I would need in order to push and install this file?
Thanks

Maybe you need to root your phone and then find an APP named "SDFix: KitKat Writable MicroSD". Tell me if it works or not

Apps can have permission to internal storage but I believe sd permissions changed again in oreo and apps can't really access it but you can still link sd folder to bittorrent folder with app2sd
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.co.pricealert.apps2sd
In folder mount set source to bittorrent folder and destination to sd folder
try disabling "fsync" in miscellaneous section of kernel auditor it worked for me ?
Hello,
Does anyone know how or where to access where apps store their data files?
I’m using an external hd but for some reason not all my apps create a folder in the Android folder on my external drive when installed.
When I use root explorer I can see the path where The apps are installed to but no data at all seems to appear when I access my internal device. I also have show hidden files clicked. Any help is appreciated.
No need to respond figured it out... thanks
