Hi mate,
i've tried to install cusrom using twrp, but always failed stuck in lenovo logo.
i've tried RR, AOSCP, CM, Pacman all are marsmallow and fail.
all file download are not corrupt, and no error message after fllashing rom.
the strange thing is if a flash noughat rom, lineage it boot normal. and also if i flash stock rom.
any suggestion?

I m getting problems after successfully Flashing custom rom
I M using YU yureka On 4.4.4 kitat My phone is Rooted and Using Twrp recovery
I wanted to flash a customROM and upgrade yureka to CM 13
So First I downloaded CM 13 unofficial by santosh
Then wipe data dalvik cache and it was flashed successfully and then flashed gapps
Both got successful and when I reboot my device. Got stuck on YU logo I waited for 20-25,min but no result
Then I boot in recovery and restored my old stock ROM which was backed up
Then I downloaded crdroid ROM
But i got status 7 error so I deleted both rom
And Now I downloaded tamsek ROM it got successfully flashed and same problem stuck at boot logo I have restored to stock and using
But how do I flash Custom ROM
Why I m Getting error
help me some1

What's the version of TWRP?
First try to update to COS12 stock ROM and check if its booting normally. Afterwards try to flash custom ROMs from latest TWRP recovery.
Yes I thought that only to flash it on COS 12 but if another solution is available to direct update it to CM 13
And I m using Latest version of Twrp recovery

You have tried everything but nothing worked. So I think flashing official COS12 first is only option left now.
So i was using CM11s in my Xiaomi Redmi2 Prime. Then i flashed MIUI7 again which has lollipop. But then the mobile data, home button didnt worked. So i reflashed TWRP and installed a custom rom. The installation was succesful but after rebooting to system it got stuck in bootloop. Any other custom rom does same. Please help:crying:

I flashed my phone (lenovo A6000) with Resurrection Rom but after restarting it was stuck on the same screen for about 10 mins and then i removed the battery, then after erasing this Rom i tried AOSP_Extended Rom v4.4.4 and v4.4.5
again the samething happened..... I tried to flash many more ROMS but twrp is showing updater process failed error 255

flash the rom using twrp 3.1.x 64bit
you can find the link to download twrp in rr 5.8.4 thread
i think before flashing recovery u r in stock rom (KK) to avoid this first flash kitkat to Lollipop Switcher and then flash twrp 3.1.x 64bit recovery then flash Roms.

Then I tried to flash custom ROM( already done this numerous times in the same phone(cm13, RR, aokp) before I flash stock rom) but when the flashing completed and the phone reboots, its stuck in boot animation. Right now I'm trying to flash this aokp 7.1 for sm-g7102 but stuck in boot animation like other custom ROM. I've already installed aokp 7.1 , cm13, and RR on this phone before I flash custom ROM. Pls help me flash at least aokp. I'm stuck at 4.4.2 KitKat. Help me guys.

Do clean install, wipe all except internal & external sdcard. Then flash the rom
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to install Custom Rom on my G935FD.
Everytime it Stucks on Rom's boot animation. Tried Lineage v17.1, 18.1 and RR too but same results. Everytime it stucks on boot animation.
While stock firmware works fine.
Steps I followed:
Wiped Data, Cache, Dalvik, System.
Flashed Rom.
Flashed GApps.
Tried many times but same results.
I'm currently on latest firmware.
What could be the reason? Plz help.
