Updated to 7.1.1 Beta. Flashed twrp. I then flashed magisk and then phh. I get stuck in a boot lop. I tried twice but each time I keep getting stuck in a bootloop. Does anyone have a work around? I've looked around and seems like everyone is getting it to work but me and a few others? Any help?
Not sure why you want magisk if xposed isn't supported on 7.0+ ? Just use superSU instead.
Edit: There is a (no longer a) benefit in using Magisk/phh, since magisk hide and using xpropset magisk module is detected by SafetyNet already, but see post below for the latest approach (if any):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/help/help-pass-safetynet-rooted-7-0-aosp-t3486834
suhide is not compatible w/ 7.1.1, so SuperSU is not an option for the 6P on the 7.1.1 Developer Preview
Flash magisk and phh su, works fine, but supersu get bootloop, something like this
7.1.1 with supersu (stable or sr1) boots fine, the problem atm is suhide, flashing suhide causes bootloops
Way possible, but without suhide is not very convenient, banks apps not working properly
So the latest superuser by chain fire works? Cause flashing magisk v8 then phh su just sends me to a bootloop.
I'm using magisk and the latest phh su on 7.1.1 and no issues what so ever even have it passing safetynet
All I did was flash the factory image, then two, then flashed phh su, magisk and then rebooted and installed xsetprop through magisk.
how are you getting this working? I haven't tested, but doesn't the 7.1.1 need a custom kernel to bypass safetynet? Kernel source isn;t out yet?
hello who got safty net failed in magisk here is solution
first clean flash rr i mean only wipe system partition
use rr bulid 16 march
reboot and check supersu and busybox install if yes then full unroot supersu and uninstall buybox using buybox app
and disable usb debugging
and then reboot to recover and install magisk 11.5
reboot
now install magisk a manger (if you not loss root then reboot then reboot one or 2 time if will get it)
magisk manager setting-check magisk hide and adblock host
and uncheck busybox see pic in attachment for reference
now reboot now you will able to bypass satynet as well as no loss of root and busybox will work even it disbale in magisk manager
remember do not modified any system partition
and don't install any sound mod
use magisk version dobly and viber4android
magisk version of unified adblocked
magisk verson of youtube adblock patched apk
and yes one more thing i forget
plz check two file su and busybox in system/bin and system/xbin if you found these plz delete then using twrp filemanager(remember to mount system) and use stock kernal
i tested this methode on rr
u can try in other rom as well as stock miui rom but before if you used xposed then install it first and use magisk version of xposed for miui or stock
hit thanks button if i help
:highfive:HELLO GUYS
So Here u can Find How To Bypass Safetnet In Your Phone While Being Rooted.
As you all know safetynet is implemented by Google itself to check Security of your Device & also by Some games or apps Eg. Pokeman Go,Android pay,Snapchat etc. So If Your Phone Is Rooted SafetyNet Test Will Fail.
With failed Safetynet Test You Can't Run These Apps in Your Mobile.
Check your Safetynet Status By This App:- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scottyab.safetynet.sample
So If your Test Failed And you can't able to run Games or Some Apps Try This method
1. Fully Unroot Your Phone In SuperSu app Go to Settings tab on the top right corner, and then click Full Unroot. Confirm with 'Continue'. 3. Once this operation is done, which takes a few minutes, you can reboot your Android & Then Flash This Unroot Script In Custom Recovery
https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3931994&d=1478779893
2. Download Magisk 12.0 http://tiny.cc/latestmagisk and Flash it in Custom Recovery & Reboot **Make sure in custom recovery if a Line Appears "Boot img already patched" That means You'r Not Fully Unrooted in this case you have to flash your Stock System.img or Stock rom**
3. Now Install Magisk Manager From Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.topjohnwu.magisk
4 In Magisk manager Go To Settings Click on Enable BusyBox & Magisk Hide
5. Thats it. Now Run Safetynet test in Magisk Manager It will pass.
6.Enjoy your Games or Apps
UPDATE :- With Android Security Patch 01/04/2016 On Marshmallow Flashed SuperSu 2.79 Flashed Suhide 0.55 Flashed Magisk 12.0 Flashed Xposed 87.0 Systemless PASSING SAFETY NET Without Disabling root

Hello, anyone have boot img for htc 820 dual sim?
Thank you
Is someone had more luck with Magisk than me ?? I have a rooted LON-L29C432B225. Was trying Magisk 13.3 but without luck. Phone restarts automatically during magisk installation through twrp.
I have finaly made it Magisk is working without problems on Mate 9 Pro (LON-L29C432B225).
1. Install latest twrp recovery - https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/development/recovery-unofficial-twrp-huawei-mate-9-t3515617
2. Unroot rom, easy way i to download boot.img and flash by fastboot flash boot boot.img (https://www.dropbox.com/s/sj5su702r8omp2u/BOOT.img?dl=0)
3. Thanks to @ante0 (https://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2247733), he made a modified magisk package - https://mega.nz/#!QhMmRDgC!c3UqYIoaGtsekmJbWoP5x90spHbXVhircmmA_68s3pY
4. Flash magisk in twrp
5. After reboot you receive info about magisk update to 13.3. Mark in magisk manager settings "keep force encryption" and allow to update.
6. After next reboot you shuld have working magisk and SafetyNet status green
I hope it will help someone
On AL00 mate 9, followed the same procedure except downloading the boot.img as restored by huawei eRecovery, only unlocked the bootloader and didn't do anything else. Can install 13.2 modified version but safetynet fail, update to 13.3 with keep force encryption then bootloop. Checked the magisk log nothing seems wrong when can boot. Root works fine. Any help? Thanks
Guys any updates on Magisk v14 with xposed on our phone? fw B225
Hello everybody ! Today, Magisk Manager asked to update to MM v5.9.0 (I had 5.8.3). After updating, it first said Magisk was not installed, but found magisk 16.0 after refreshing . The problem is, I don't have access to SuperUser anymore, nor MagiskHide nor modules.
At the same time, a new version of magisk is available , v17.0. If I choose "Install", I have 2 choices : Download zip only, or patch img boot file. I don't want to make more mistakes than I've already done, so I ask you :
What do I have to do to get my Magisk working again ? Uninstall MM 5.9.0 and install 5.8.3 with it's apk ? Go ahead and let MM patch boot img file (sounds risky ) ?
My phone is a VNS-L31 C432B414, with OldDroid's TWRP.
EDIT : Uninstalling MM 5.9.0 app and installing 5.8.3 didn't helped : Magisk is detected, but still no access to SuperUser,hide,etc...
