Yes you can! Go to settings > cyanogenmod settings>status bar>power widget .
Well sorry I don't remember the exact location in settings since my phone is in service center from last couple of weeks! :'( But, it is somehere there! You need to configure this option --> power widget and you will get those options.

Yep, just scroll down to when you see unmonitored apps. Then everything is solved. <smh>
OK, I must have clicked the wrong button somewhere!!
Now when I lose the WiFi signal (or switch off the WiFi), the Data Connection switches on automatically / immediately.
The phone just now started doing this. Is this part of the upgrade?
How do I switch off this feature??
THANKS-THANKS-THANKS

go to settings- data usage - chose your cell that you use for data then turn mobile data off.
or simply you can bull down notifications all the way down and click on data connection to turn it off.
Go to apps, settings. Clear allstorage , data, u r done, .
U had accidentally clicked ALWAYS DATA ON.
thats it.

THANKS, Falya... but ... I went to settings - then, to data usage. There is no place to choose the cell that is used for data.
Data Usage shows OVERVIEW (which shows MOBILE / WLAN) -- and SIM 1 (which shows Mobile Data On/Off - Set Mobile data limit On/Off - App Usage)
Thanks for trying

Thank You, Sushil....
I went to Settings, Apps, but there is nothing called AllStorage.
Under Apps there are the three vertical dots (show system & Reset app preferences) PLUS a different Settings symbol.
Tapping that Symbol shows: App Permissions, App links, Default Apps, Draw over other apps, Modify system settings, and Battery optimization.
There is nothing about data in this section.
I believe that you are right ... that I accidentally clicked *Always Data On* but ... I just can't find the place to reset that.
