As shown in the screenshot below, there should be a space between before the call timer in the on-going call notification shown on the status bar.
Maybe this is not the right forum to report this issue. Can anybody tell me where exactly can I file this issue with OnePlus?

So what happens is I would get a notification ring tone. After that there would be like a 30-45 second delay until the notification actually gets to the status bar and such.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Did this just start randomly occurring or has it always happened on your device?
Being that we're in the i337 and i337m section, I assume you are on one of these devices? MF3 firmware or older? Do you have a notification reminder set to a delayed time? Does your phone auto-sync or is it set to manual?
I have a weird problem with my status bar, for some reason a Phone and Camera icon keep showing and I'm not sure what there from. If anybody knows why I have them, is there a way to remove them.
Thanks
Edit: Nvmd I fixed it, it was layers that was causing the issue
I've enabled Wi-Fi calling and I can't seem to disable the Notification in either the Status Bar or in the Notification pull-down itself (obviously they're one of the same). It seems the app that creates this is IPService (it shows that when I drag down on the notification). I have it set to "show notifications silently" / "Don't sound, vibrate or appear on the screen regardless of the notification settings in the app" but nothing seems to hide it. It's rather annoying that it's persistent. Obviously turning off Wi-Fi calling will make it disappear but that defeats the purpose!
I have another similar (but less annoying issue) - the persistence of the NFC icon in the Status Bar. I seem to remember in earlier LG devices there was a way to hide this but I can't find it in the G6 software?
The persistent notification for WiFi cannot be disabled, or at least I have yet to come across a way. I believe this is done on purpose to prevent the OS from stopping or interrupting the service. I would love a way to disable the notification from the drop down menu, while keeping it on the notification bar.

Are you talking about the actual notification. Mines gone. Maybe verify that you have same settings as I do in your advanced WiFi settings. See 3rd pic.
It's a notification for Wi-Fi *calling* (see OP)

Sorry my brain didn't process the calling part.
So, after updating to Nougat (7.1.1), I needed a bit of time to get used to it but now I am really liking the new notification "cards".
A notable feature is how multiple notifications from the same app group together. Dragging down on the "grouped" notification expands and shows the individual notifications. Everything fine until here.
I noticed that if I expand the "grouped" notification and then dismiss one of the single notifications (swiping right or left), then after a couple of seconds the notification sound plays again (twice) like new notifications arrived. I can reproduce this every time I dismiss a single notification under a "grouped" notification.
Is this expected behaviour (strange I would say)? Is it a bug? Does it happen to anybody else?
Using A2017G V1.2.0B02.
I am using stock EUI 5.8.020S and most of my notifications gets grouped together under a special "..." icon in the notification bar. It is extremely annoying as I want each notification to get a separate icon. I have read that switching region to "USA" on some devices fixes this issue (bug?), but that does not work on mine. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!
I also don't understand the logic behind grouping or not grouping, as both Facebook and GMail both gets their own icon, while most other apps gets grouped under the "..." icon. No setting I make seems to change this
