I have exactly the same issue. My device is not booting to recovery now. First couple of times it did, when i tried to wipe everything and reinstall rom (s), but no success. As soon as ROM was installed successfully, device asked to reboot and when i did that, it got again stuck with same bootloop. This time i want to flash a different version of TWRP but can't access recovery itself. I tried ADB but device is not getting recognized. What to do? Please help !
Same here. Please tell the solution

My father have this Lenovo A6000, this phone also have the exact same issue as what you did say. He is using only stock ROM, so it is not because of ROM. Finally what did you do to solve the problem. A local shop man is saying to try changing motherboard. Please reply asap. Thank you.

1) go to shop check battry if its working correctly
2) there is never mother board issue they just tell you that for some money
3)Well if your phone is not rooted then you need to flash stock rom again! Search google : "flash stock firmware lenovo a6000+"
4) if its rooted goto fastboot mode by pressing vol down and power buttons now connect to pc and in terminal type:
fastboot clear cache
fastboot clear data
5) now flash recovery again and then flash new custom rom i would suggest ED300 cm 12 its stable....and perfect for your parents
Did you had this problem and what happened to your phone

I did as per your suggestion. Let me explain the problem once. When I try to boot the phone, a black screen with Lenovo and android logo text appears for 1-2 seconds, but then a screen appears with blue in top and bottom quarters of the screen for just a fraction of second and then reboots. This problem happened after one day when the charging is very low and it powered off while using, there was also a problem of battery at 50%.
I checked the battery with multimeter and it is working normal, so as you suggested I flashed the Lenovo stock firmware using qfil and also tried with lenovo downloader, it passed but the problem remains as it is.
So finally what I want to ask is that did you have this same problem in your phone few months back, if so what happened to the phone finally?

Finally I found what the problem is, it is called as IC issue and related to display. I have given the phone to replace the IC for ₹1500.

This problem started when I moved back to Arya from a 5.1.1 port few days ago. I didn't bother much, cause I keep my phone on always, but whenever I wanted to go to Recovery or reboot the phone it would not boot, would stuck at the Note 3 N9005 logo and I had to do a battery pull to solve the problem, so yesterday I thought about flashing a stock ROM via Odin, and now the phone won't boot at all regardless of the battery pull method!
I can't enter recovery either, it stays at the Entering recovery (SELinux status screen) for a few seconds and then just a black screen with nothing at all. I did flash the TWRP tar image via Odin after flashing stock ROM yesterday, so that I can do a complete wipe, but nah, can't enter TWRP. Download mode however works after a battery pull.
Here is a video, probably the worst quality video you have seen lately, but it still does show the problem  So kindly tell me what to do! I have a non working phone for over 12 hours now, and I am realising how much I depend on a phone now, that feeling is inexpressible.
how did you solve it ?
I encountered aanother problem after flashing roms on my yureka YU5510A.......
after intall MIFAVOR with Volte upadate.....it worked fine for 3-4 hours and suddenly rebooted and stuck on bootloop of yu logo.:crying::crying::crying:
then I have to flash stock rom cm 12.1 {using flash all method}
and it worked perfectly till ......as I make call it will reboot
i thought it has bugs, so I unlocked bootloader, install twrp recovery and su binary and flashed cm 14 ........then i see it is not rebooting and STUCKED ON BOOTLOOP and i tried another roms also same problem encounterd.
then i uesd unbricktool by annabhatina and again flashed stock cm12.
Then also it is STUCKED ON BOOTLOOP.
THEN I tried alot by switch on by power button and then I found solution that when I try to switch on while charging then it will be swiched on.
PLEASE HELP I WANT A PERMANENT SOLUTION
{battery is working fine ...I used another yurekas battery }
please help .....................

I'm having same issue with my Yureka plus, when I turn on data it is restarting, and get stuck into boot loop, To start it normally I need to connect it to charger,
I thought it could be problem of cache, but after clearing it there is no change,, I flashed miui 8 as I thought it is problem of ROM, but after flashing miui no change in behaviour,,
Is there any solution to this?

I'm using custom ROM for some years..now i flashed android pie (havoc 2.0) for device built using twrp . it flashed successfully but it started looping in boot logo (LENOVO POWERED BY ANDROID ) . when i try to flash stable rom using twrp again it started boot looping. now i'm not able to goto twrp. so i flashed stock rom using QFIL it say firehose error. when I try with QcomDLoader tool it says "passed" and successfully flashed . when i try to boot it ..again boot logo looping.. but this stock recovery was working.
but I'm not able to flash twrp using adb sideload or fastboot .. it showing error.
what Can i do NOW ?????
So the whole situation :
I was using Google Experience Rom (Android 10). I turned off my cellphone to charge, It restarted but stuck on charging logo. So I forced fully restarted it. and from that moment it goes to Google Logo, Stuck for second to two and then restarted. I tried flashing TWRP, TWRP-fbe, and TWRP 4 cores but when i select recovery from Bootloader it again goes to Google Logo and restart. I also tried to flash stock rom but same issue.
Kindly need help.

If you flashed stock rom and still couldn't boot you likely have the BLOD. Did you try the TWRP found in the link below? If so and you still can't boot into that recovery your phone is likely dead, unfortunately.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/bootloop-death-blod-workaround-zip-t3819515
So basically i wanted to custom rom this tablet because it was slow and wated to put crdroid on it, i know what you're thinking, TWRP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY TABLET so i went with the lineageOs recovery flashed trough heimdail (on Fedora 37 Linux) i flashed it two times because the first one it booted normally and it resetted the tablet. After i booted into recovery, the tablet showed the stock recovery, so i flashed the recovery again, causing it to bootloop
Please can someone help me, i need that tablet for school, i dont have any money to bring the tablet to a repair shop
EDIT: So after my last post, you can see it in my profile, I somehow managed to get off the bootloop by flashing the stock again. But now I came upon a thing that I think that's worse, if before it turned off after rebooting like 5 times, now I can't even turn it off, I have to wait until it's battery drains (I charged at 1% and took 30 minutes to power off) ,can someone help me, it shows at first the logo with the name of the tablet then it remains on the Samsung logo

Perhaps you could contact the author of that thread. It seemed like he/she was experiencing the same problem as you and ended up fixing it.
