I fixed the issue just used official bootloader unlock.
Can anyone know how to get rid of that ugly security unlocked bootloader screen while bootup?
I mean i think logo.img mod would do the trick bt i dont have time.

I've got the same problem as you are having right now. No one seems to know the answer.
Most users that encounter this have the version ASUS T00J-D
you have the same problem with me
It seems that the 16GB version either experience screen freeze or camera not found
Hello.
I know that this topic was posted many times on the forum but I still didn't found the answer.
The thing is that I can't unlock my bootloader without losing my camera. I've tried all the bootloader unlock tools that I found and none of them worked. Every time I lose my camera and simple flashing stock dnx and ifwi files from lollipop 3.24.40.78 also doesn't re-lock my bootloader. I have to use this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-5/general/asus-zenfone-5-root-ww-2-22-40-54-4-4-2-t3128704 but instead of flashing vanilla files I use DNX and IFWI from 3.24.40.78.
Can someone answer me is it even possible for me to unlock bootloader without losing a camera or it's something with my device model and I won't be able to do it?

Hi,
It's something with your device, especially your device, not your model. ASUS sometimes ships different hardware in same model, which causes this issue.
Thanks!
So it seems like custom ROM's are not for me then. But one thing bothers me. One time I've tried to unlock bootloader and everything was fine (camera was working) and then I've flashed TWRP 2.8.7.0. Problem is after I did it I couldn't turn into recovery mode (my device just rebooted into system). But after that something bugged again, I lost my camera and had to flash stock ROM once again to relock bootloader. I was trying couple of times to unlock bootloader without loosing camera but it didn't work out with any method.
Hi i ve been using zenfone 3 for a few months now.
I rooted the device, and really found real benefit so i reverted to stock image unrooted.
I would like to lock my bootloader or otherwise remove the dm verity yrllow message at boot.
I acknowledge that no one has been able to do it yet.
Just wondering : is it not the part of bootlogo or something??
Tia.
No one has been able to remove that annoying screen when you have a unlocked bootloader. I also want it removed.
My brother has a RETIN Athene running stock ROM with latest April patch and he's been complaining about frequent ghost touches. He'd often find his phone call, text someone at random, apps opening automatically and what not. I've suggested him to do a factory reset but I'd like to know if this can be solved without a factory reset. I had already unlocked his bootloader earlier to let him try a custom ROM as the stock was getting sluggish so if needed, a fastboot ROM can be flashed as well if it comes to that.
He recently got a QC 3.0 charger from Motorola but the problem has been going on before that (if he recalls correctly). Could this be because of the charge as I remember his G4 plus had some occasional ghost touches when his phone was new but that only happened while it was being charged.
I'm open to any advice and tips. His phone is barely usable now.
Update: I did a cache wipe from recovery a few minutes ago and noticed that his recovery was showing the the following info:
oem_locked
Software status: Official
Maybe I relocked the bootloader when flashing stock back then. Do I need to unlock bootloader again with "fastboot oem unlock"?
Ghost touch is no software issue. It is hardware. There is no solution. Just do not use your phone under sunset, and what about brightness - change to automatic, or if you wanna no automatic make less brightness 1/3-1/5 point. But again not use under sun
Edit: you can not relock bootloader if you already unlocked it. And if bootloder is unlocked, do not use ota updates (any: security and os). if you do, your phone will be bricked again

I see... I'll tell him to change the brightness to auto. Do you think upgrading to a new phone is better and the only available solution?
Also, after I flashed the fastboot ROM a while ago, he has updated to all the following OTAs without any issues, that's how he's on the April patch. No hard brick, nothing.

You can relock your bootloader. And the bricking kicks in only if you flash OTAs when rooted or on a custom recovery. Generally when you have system modifications.

Well, no system modifications were done. That's why the OTAs were successful
Yesterday unfortunately I dropped my phone after that I rooted my device and installed twrp! But now my screen light glows very late after unlocking through fingerprint or unlock button or double tap wake up! Is this problem due to hardware issue or this is due to bugs of software after rooting? Anyone help plz
Yes, it's a bug.
its a hardware problem rooting and installing twrp cannot cause the screen to lightup late. unroot flash stock rom lock bootloader and take phone to service center dont take phone to service center rooted and with twrp and with unlocked bootloader.
