can we remove scratches from fingerprint button? it's very annoying! all area of phone is covered but this had to be uncovered obviously.... n now it's scratched..... Any solution for this? Plz share I'll be much obliged

Hey guys I notice today that my phone has some little cracks almost like scratches around the lock and volume button... Do you think that warranty covers this ****, and my Lock screen button is bouncing, its not firm, like others I saw... wat is my luck on warranty with this?

Get it warrantied on the lock screen button that is loose. They won't see the cracks that easily.
Hi guys, recently I just notice that there is this small stain on my home button and I can't seem to clean it off no matter what. Although the stain is not very obvious and only visible when there is light shinning/reflecting at it, but I still sometimes find it annoying. Any ideas what can I do to remove the stain without damaging the Note 4 fingerprint scanner?

Anyone else with this problem? I had what I thought was a chip in the middle of my home button which I thought was strange as I am very very careful with my phones and did not drop it, anyway I let it slide and a few weeks later now a long strip at the button of the home button peeled off as I was applying a screen protector WTF. I bought it straight from sammy so hopefully if I take it back to the store they may be able to replace the button under warranty. Has this happened for anyone else?
Mine also has a visible scratch on it. I doubt they will replace the button because I heard the entire display has to be changed for the button alone.

Just replaced the glass on my s4. I have never done it and put way too much glue on. Most of it seeped out the sides but it got down into the home button and capacitive buttons. The phone is completely apart and board/camera/proximity sensor is gone from phone. Will the home button eventually stop working? Read a thread online that said they will corrode but don't think that's right. How should I get the excess glue dry or out of the phone. Thanks for the help.

Hi everyone I just this phone today at Verizon. They installed the temper glass and told me the screen would be hard to use for 72 hours.... I can barely type have to press pretty hard takes multiple tries. Trying to swipe the menu down too is a pain. Anyone else experience this? Will this problem go away?

I experienced this aswell. The problem is that this "glass" is only glued to the edges of your phone and therefore it's not completely flat in the center. I really tried to fix this somehow but I ended up removing this glass and just apply a normal protection foil.
And yes, this does not protect me from screen cracks but at least from scratches.
