What firmware version are you trying to flash and what firmware version is the device currently on?
Sent from my Nexus 9 using XDA Free mobile app
The fail auth indicates that you are flashing a firmware with the bootloader at a lower version than the one on the phone. The bootloader just CANNOT be downgraded.
as jmjoyas mentioned, you cannot downgrade your phone, with (it appears to be so) the exception of a few versions. Several updates make a hardware change to the device by blowing qfuses.
I trying to install a custom recovery on my note 3.
Litteraly tried all odin versions, they all start the flash, then end up failed. (see below)
I tried it on 2 PCs, tried heimdall as well. Heimdall stops with a PIT failed to flash error.
I'm on 4.4.2
Are the any known issues that I couldn't find? Or it's something wrong with the phone?

this is the problem
tried reinstalling drivers and changing odin but it doesn't work, any help
What firmware are you trying to flash? Try your repair firmware (four .md5 and one .pit files). They should never fail.
