[Solved]Google Maps cannot determine Location on CM7

My KF is running CM7. I tried to put NetworkLocation.apk into /system/app but seem Google Maps (6.1) cannot determine my location by using wifi. Is there anyway to fix that ??

I got the problem solved, maybe that was I had a wrong NetworkLocation.apk . Download the gapps from http://goo-inside.me/gapps/. I chose the CM7 20110828 Universal (Link). Extract to get the file NetworkLocation.apk in /system/app, then copy to your device, change permission to rw-r--r-- and reboot.

If you're rooted you can force-install the app by moving the apk into the /sytem/app folder or /system/priv-app folder.
Note: System apps are installed in /system/app folder. User apps are installed in the /system/priv-app folder.
Then set the right permissions for the apk, reboot your device and you're done.

You had a similar app already installed and it was moved to sdcard
So now you have to identify which app is this and then uninstall it from your phone
Second option is to insert your sdcard into pc and then you will get /.android_secure folder then just look for the file and delete it
But i will recommend to remove deprecated app first.

No FusedLocation.apk or NetworkLocation.apk on /system/apps folder - Broken GPS

Hi!
I own a Caska CA380-XLA with Android 4.4.2.. This ROM made by Caska came missing FusedLocation.apk is /system/apps folder. My unit cannot get right time or right location (time syncs with GPS). I couldn't find a way to root it.
How can I reinstall the missing services to system folder without rooting? I've downloaded FusedLocation.apk from the internet and installed it to the unit, but when testing with FusedLocation API Test it returns no location at all.
Thanks.

Fix for Joying intel missing google now from any screen

You'll need to be rooted
Add the velvet folder to your priv-app folder in system. unzip it first.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1KMAYr1RHYdMVFtc2JadV8wM2c/view?usp=sharing
Reboot , open google app and do the usual to activate/train your voice, as the google now option from any screen will be there.
(sound and voice prompts and replys are still missing, and offline mode is missing)
