Google map voice navigation is available for India!

Guys,
Google maps turn by turn navigation is now available for India. May be its activated for more countries. Check and report. I just checked and it's activated. Yay!

That's not possible in the near future because Indian government issued temporary ban on Google to capture streetview footages of major city citing security reasons few months ago

thats due to the flaw of the security personals involved, they didnt took the warning given seriously whatever they need is already out there in many forms... so 3d view isnt going to give them anything special unless exaggerated

What's the error message you are getting?
Just try removing the old maps.apk (if you had the hacked one) and try and install fresh from Playstore.

there is no error...!! live traffic is working , navigation is working too... but no voice... is it necessary that we must be moving ?

well due to heavy activation on their server it taking time but if you earlier registered with you id then yo are through if not need to wait atleast 24hours

So the BBM app Waitlist is has a glitch that lest you bypass the wait. Sign up. Close app. Enter email again.. & voila..Ur in. Worked for me

Signed up yesterday for the wait list, and I still haven't received a confirmation email...
Force closed the app just now, started it again and entered the same email, and voila! It walked me through the setup from scratch! !
I'd give you more thanks if I could! !

Tried it, still wondering whether I should keep it or not. Difficult to find your friends, BB being nearly dead (2.9% market share), whatsapp already 350 million users, still missing some settings, etc..
Can imagine though that for the die hard pingers it is a relief to see it back on other platforms.

Now I see why BlackBerry artificially delayed release. It was intended to build up anticipation.

Hi,
im getting mad with my edge+... why can´t i mute the camera shutter sound off?
No option to disable...even with the phone on mute still makes the sound.
Tried safe mode and still!
Help pls

Try third-party apps, like Silent Camera, i'm using it now

That's weird. When I open the stock camera and go to settings, the option to turn off the shutter sound is right there.. wonder why you don't have that option.

The APK isn't gonna help unless the radio in your device is unlocked. All Qualcomm chips have FM built in, manufacturers/carriers disable it by default.

I'm happy to read that Huawei plans to update the Mate 9 to Android O. It would be great they first update it frequently with Android N… For the moment, it's impossible to have an OFFICIAL update to B156 (or newer) with the "update phone" official app

Apps crash a lot, so I'd say not unless you were a little bit masochistic.
The EMUI 5.1 betas (With build numbers starting with 2XX) are certainly daily drivable though.
