Is myknox on knox-tripped MM possible? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

is there a custom kernel capable of enabling myknox on knox-tripped MM?
I'm curious because the battery on my S7E is aged a lot already. MM is far mare battery friendly than Android 7.0.
A combination of kernel and root enabling mykonx will be quite interesting.

Lollipop 5.1.1 or Marshmallow 6.0.1

Hey guys
I want to ask you a few things, i have installed a 6.0.1 custom rom on my J500M, too nice but yesterday a picked up the J5 of a friend and it has 5.1.1 and it was "faster" that my installed custom rom.
The question is that what do you prefer
5.1.1 or 6.0.1??
Wich is faster??
What do you thing
I have J500FN. It doesn't have MM update and I won't use MM even if it would have because I don't need to change from 5.1.1.
If features from latest version can be achieved on previous one, then I don't see a point in upgrading as long as you're good with the actual version.
Performance of phone can be downgraded by using crap apps like Facebook, Messenger and so on. Also, Xposed can make the phone slow.
Latest android version doesn't mean always better.
My opinion.
Tnks, i´ll downgrade too lollipop, i decided because MM isn´t the best friend of tocuhwiz, i prefer lollipop touchwiz rom
I upgraded my J500H to 6.0.1. And after few days of use I downgraded back to 5.1.1. There isn't much new things in 6.0.1 and I felt that my device is faster in 5.1.1. So prefer 5.1.1 & again this is my personal view others may disagree with me.
Marshmallow has heating problem ...so I had to downgrade to lollipop after using it ...but I am sure that battery life of marshmallow is way better than lollipop
no heating issue whatsoever , great battery life . security updates to keep malware away. what else could you wish for

Help selecting a kernel

Hi, I have a galaxy S5 g900V that has a stock Marshmallow ROM for T-Mobile that I de-bloated using an extreme debloater script. It works great but my battery life is less than desirable. I tried the Imperius Curse and it had great performance and battery but I could not get ADB and a few other things to go so I flashed the Phoenix kernel to fix those issues and it is very stable, reliable.
I am looking for a performance kernel that will have good battery life and be stable. I really like KTOONZ kernel on my galaxy S3 - amazing - but he says his kernel only works for g900f. Has anyone tried it on other S5 variants?
Can anyone recommend a kernel? This phone is my daily driver so "trying" kernels that have not been proven on g900v sounds too risky.
thanks!

A custom kernel for J500M stock 6.0.1?

Hello everybody. I have a SM-J500M with TWRP and magisk, stock 6.0.1 MM.
I started messing with it to debloat it and enable camera2 (which I couldn't). Now I'm looking for a custom kernel to calibrate the amoled display so it become less saturated (not yet). I'm a photographer who can't afford new phone right now (got used as a gift) so please don't ask me to buy another phone
I searched around and couldn't find a custom kernel for it as the only ones I find are for LP or Nougat, or are kinda "expired" (no links working). I don't want to go Nougat as people reported that the battery lasts considerably less.
So, does anyone know a custom kernel for this device with stock rom MM 6.0.1?

Kernel for 7.0 firmware?

So, due to decreased battery life, i decided to root my gt9287c. I am now rooted under stock firmware with some debloating. I am now looking to install a custom kernel that supports 7.0 stock. Any recommendation? Thank you

could someone recommend me a decent kernal ?

Using stock android pie, no custom rom, it's the UK exynos CPU.
Overclocking would be an awesome feature a but also battery.
.cheers
Maybe some useful things to do when it's rooted or some xposed modules when I get it setup
