Is there any people who want to mod apps. Its nothing big just remove some elements. I'm making rom but modding apps skill isn't good so any help would be appreciated

I've been creating custom icons for my MT4G (rooted-CM7) and I have a lot of experience with adobe photoshop. I was thinking of a way to give back to the community by creating an app that I could share my icons with. I've been going through tutorials of android-sdk and eclipse and created the hello world stuff. I was wondering if somebody could direct/help me to making an actual .apk app by helping me with the coding. I have all the icons in a folder with .png format.
Any help or advice will be extremely helpful to me. I'm also thinking of a way to make custom icons for individuals who aren't familiar with adobe photoshop.

Is is possible to replace the animated cog that appears when an app is being launched or a network communication is taking place?
I'm an iPhone user migrating from iOS to Android. I'm enjoying all the customization freedom that Android offers, but I'm having a hard time finding information on how to edit this icon. I'm attaching an image of the concerning graphic.

You need to root your device and edit framework.jar, although i can't tell you exactly how.
Why don't you try a custom rom like cyanogenmod? Much better than the stock software and a lot more feature rich.
I just didn't know if this was achievable at all, but thanks to your message I know it's possible so now I just need to figure out how to go about it.
I'm not familiar with cyanogenmod, I'll look into it, as well as into editing the framework.jar.

hello people of XDA, like reading then you may realize that I am totally newbie at this I am ready to learn and research more about what modifications and improvements I can do to my phone (GS4 - GT-i9500).
well let me know if there are any programs you see everything that is installed on the device, so I can show you and to ask that I should uninstall so you can optimize to the maximum that you can get.
I want to remove the programs and games are coming from the seller (CLARO-PERU) do not use them and every time I see the processes, are active consuming RAM.
well also let me know about a problem that pops up every time I restart my phone, a message saying "unfortunately, TouchWiz home has stopped" it appeared to me days after an OS update, I found a tutorial that told me that things change but I could solve anything because the phone is not unlocked because on the Internet there are a lot of tutorials and none of them resolved my doubts.
and in the future I would like to modify and design if possible the telephone interface as there are things I would like to change as a graphic designer I am.

You might get a better response if you post in the right forum. This is the forum for the Galaxy S4 Active (i537, i9525), the forum you are looking for is for the Galaxy S4 (i9500, i9505, i9505G). Try searching and posting in that forum and you might have better luck.
does anyone know of where i can find how to create roms and apps and things like that and if possible how phones are made and the way they operate and stuff i know theres threads out there about it but id like a dumbys guide or a beginners one and im a bit lost on where to even start cuz theres so much lol
