[Q] (Purchase 2 days ago)Note 3 Stuck at bootloop after installation of 4.4.2?

2 days ago i purchased note 3.. I had install update(4.4.2) through OTA.. But now i am facing a problem after installation. My phone stuck in boot loop.. I had tried to wipe data through Recovery mode.. But i did not work for me.. Neither it connects to PC so that i can solve the problem through odin.. By flashing.. 4.3.. I am spending my hours and hours to connect my phone to pc.. So that i can solve problem.. I re-install & uninstall the drivers but nothing work.. I even installed Kies 3 so that all the drivers get updated..Nothing worked..
I tried 2nd method that is by putting a rom into external sd card and flash through Recovery mode.. Neither cwm recovery installed.. I have gone through almost all the forums off note 3 and connecting a note 3 through pc... But i was unable to solve the problem.. It was untouched phone.. I just bought it and connect to wifi and installed 4.4.2 and everything stuck at boot logo..
I tried to find a method to root my phone through recovery mode.. But i did not get... almost all the methods use PC or Phone Working OS.
Plzzz help... What to do?? Its really samsung phone are really very frustrating..

You are updating to 4.4.2 KK why would you flashed 4.3? You will stuck on recovery. Download Latest firmware and flash. For driver, download it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2038555 and try another usb port.

You want to blame Sapple for locking bootloader? Go right ahead. But don't blame Sapple cuz you got a new phone and didn't bother reading before trying to modify it. It's known that you can't downgrade from KK to JB, if you try you get soft bricked.
Now odin the stock FW like the other user said, if you don't know how read the return to stock guide that is linked in my sig.

Actually i had updated my phone through OTA.. 4.4.2 but i read in many post that 4.4.2 has many problem thats why i decided to downgrade it to 4.3.. i am left with no option.. Even my phone is readble by Computer..

Then that shows you don't read enough. You cannot downgrade to 4.3 even if you accidentally updating to 4.4.2 or whatsoever. You just have to bear with it. Just flash the latest firmware and you are good to go.

A new kind of problem..plz help.

Okks lets start...
I have this moto g4+ that already came updated (build number MPJ24.139-23.1)
then one fine day i decided to root the device and also installed xposed(thanks to XDA) all went gud..but then i started getting FC for my file manager and some other apps too..soo i thought that this would be due to xposed..
all thanks to my intelligent mind-LOL..
rather flashing uninstaller zip for xposed i decided to flash the stock rom..and this is whr all went wrong..i flashed the old firmware for the device and i lost the IMEI and wifi address..as soon as i figured out i downloaded the correct firmware and flashed the same and my phone was back to normal.
then once again i decided to root my device wherein the procedure was (all must be knowing already) 1st to flash recovery then to flash a certain .zip file (dont remember the name) and after that to flash the supersu.zip but instead i did what..i skipped flashing that "certain zip" and it leaded to bootloop..
Then i went to bootloader and folloed the proper steps again.and just rooted my device no xposed..
but all this led to a major issue that when eva i startup my phone 1st it automatically goes to bootloader then i need to hit start..then my phone starts..
even when i shutdown my device and put it to my default wall charger the phone automatically goes to bootloader and the phone shows usb connected status...
soo i flashed the stck rom once again bt the issue is still present..PLZ provide me relief from this issue..THANKS in advance..

Problem updating and pc connect

Hello everyone.
A few days ago i tried to update my rooted MiA1 but with no success.
I lost my root access and now i can´t update normally. I wiped my phone and nothing changed.
My PC cant recognize my phone too.
It's all working fine as a smartphone, but this issues i want to fix, because i want to root/update again.
Can someone help me?

Hey, al already had this problem.
Try to boot the TWRP using BootLoader with command bootloader boot_a file.img (i belive that the command is this one, if does't you can find on TWRP tread), and boot again the rom that had failed.
If doesn't work, you probably will need to boot files like modem.img, firmware or others that may be corrupted cause of flashing.
There are actually a lot of treads of similar erros that happens on honor phones or oneplus, you can use them as reference tho find witch are the files that cause the non recognition on USB after a failed flash.
If needed reflash stock, it will fix in last case.

Really Tricky Problem

Hello people!
I've been doing installation of custom ROM and any kind of configuration for a while now. But I have now in my hands a tough problem. My dad bought athene XT1640-DS (Moto G4 Plus), just like the one of mine own, but mine doesn't have the '-DS'.
But the device is stuck at Stock Android 6.0.1 and I can't update it.
The USB seems have some problem because any PC in my house recognize the 6.0.1 phone, but works fine with my up to date 8.1.0 athene, but it's charging only, and the turbo charging isn't working. the fingerprint isn't working neither.
It looks like the bootloader was unlooked, because everytime it's turned on shows the 'bootloarder unlock message'. But I was unable to root it, I tried all the one click root apps, but none of them worked.
It doesn't have any custom recovery, so I tried to update with the stock recovery but every OTA Blur Version rom that I found for athene shows a error telling that my ROM version isn't compatible with the updates (the ROM version code of this phone is MPJ24.139-23.1/ 1 user).
Anyone have any hints of what can I do to update this device?

From what I know one click methods doesn't work with this device. You need a proper kernel for android 6.0 like elementalx 1.0. And supersu or magisk zip flashed through a recovery like TWRP.

Is there a way to update de kernel, or do that other things without PC and root?
Or a way to use adb without USB connection?

So.. the big issue is that this device isn't connecting to the PC, it's charges, but neither the PC not the Android show any signs that their are connected. I can't use adb from the PC because I couldn't make the computer recognize the phone.

can you at least transfer files in mtp mode with the usb cable? because looks like the micro usb port is messed up.
If you are on warranty period you should go for it

I can't use the mtp neither. The only thing I can do is charge. And I'm out of warranty :/

my friend's have gave to me one asus z00ld. i don't know the real name. on the back of the phone i read that: asus z00ld.
so now i have one big problem the phone is in bootloop.
my friend doesn't do a root and unlock the bootloader. he have give to me phone and he said that from the last update the phone won't go fine...doesn't works fine. and now at last, is in bootloop.
i have download many firmware stock from asus.com.
the recovery of android works fine.
the first that i have upload the 299 final. a old rom. the phone works but the wifi won't go.
other rom that i try give me this feedback: the update go well, but when i try to configure the first start ,the phone switch off.
there is one rom that do not do that: the 1531 (final number). but wi fi do not works.
i have , also tried the 2196 (the last) but the result is the phone switch off.
i have put in my sim with my italian internet provider, and i can go in internet and update the phone, but after upgrade doesn't start.
so i came back to 1531. after that i have root the phone with kingoroot, and i have tried to unlock the bootloader.
some software says to me root ok, other not ok.
the problem is the bootloader. i can't unlock it!
and is impossible to me to install twrp.
please help me to resolve wi fi problem with a old /new rom. for me is not important the rom. for me is importanto that phone works fine...

now is ok. i have root the phone by kingoroot. after that i have unlocked the bootloader, but i'm note sure what i have done that. i have try either apps and adb driver with my pc. after that i can't install a twrp original for this phone. today i have try to install twrp named "recovery", with an app. (flashify. and all is done! i have restarted the phone and i can see now, the twrp at start up the phone.
