Hi everyone
I tested a few apps to remove the Carrier name from the notification bar and lockscreen, but to no avail. Does someone have a good way to remove it? It takes far too much space on my notification bar...
Install xposed modules and after that install wanam xposed from the playstore
Hi, Anyone knows how to how to remove or change contact in emergency list in lockscreen? I added contacts there, but then i found out there is no option to change it or remove it once its added.
I have the same problem as you...
my emergency contacts where configured at first by adding them to the "ICE" group... but now, even if I remove them from this group, they are still shown in the emergency list on the lock screen.
You can remove emergency contact button if you're rooted and have Xposed framework and Wanam xposed installed - doesn't remove the contacts added, but removes the ICE button so it wouldn't bother you/
Alternatively you could always wipe cache etc and factory reset.. long drawn out process but it should work.
But is there a way to edit what's already in place?

I found how to delete the emergency contacts... And it was very easy.
On the emergency calling screen, press the menu button. You will be able to delete the contact from there.
Also, delete all contacts that you want to remove from the ICE contacts list in your phone.

how to disable?
Hey, got root? Install Xposed and download a module called "NotifyClean", you can find it at Google Play. Works as magic

I have the vzw prepaid model i bought just to use as a wifi device. There is a no sim found notification that can not be moved. the vzw version can not be unlocked to make removing it easy. My question is: has anyone tried to adb shell pm hide the sim card package? or any other suggestions that may work?
Thanks for any help.
edit: if anyone is in the same situation adb shell pm hide com.motorola.setupwizard.phoneservice worked to get rid of the persistent notification.

Voicemail Remover in play store seems to be working. I have no sim card installed and it pops up the force close sim card screen.

Is there any way or Magisk module to remove the 2nd Sim inactive icon after disabling it?
Substratum , use O-Zone to do that. It can change the 4G logo to LTE and remove the 2nd SIM.
