Hello,
I got a CHINA version (Coolpad F2) , does anyone know can I flash the "Yu Yureka CM11" rom to this phone?? Thanks!!

We will get this phone by the "end of January" for some one then they'll upload their Backup Nandroid.zip

I have the snapdragon 615 version, it has the same hardware with yu yureka, can i flash the yureka rom to my coolpad f2?? Thanks!

just remember...CM were very quick to stab oneplus in the back for a bigger paycheck...do you think that they would not think twice about doing that to micromud as well...CM are notorious for ****ting on OEM's just look what they did to oppo and now oneplus
if i were you guys i would look forward to the android development rather than the stock rom...just a thought

yes if you have snapdragon 615 version of f2 then you can flash cm. wait till 13th YU provide all software utilites you can use that for flashing.

You can't, Even if you can there are chances that will likely brick your phone... You see, They aren't the same... Sensors are different, Hardware parts are different...! If you wanna flash it then port it first, Or Some other guys will do it.

Not really, It is the same phone. I have it and I installed CM11 and have a android.phone.error all time but it works. And works with boot.img from coolpad

But you'll have Sensor Problems...

Already tried doing that but the ROM would not boot up. Back to the stock ROM.

Lenovo phone a1000 marshmallow

Hello, just got as a present Lenovo a1000 phone with android 5.0
First thing I'm trying to see if it can be upgraded to 6.0
I found a number of links that claim to be rewritten instructions from xda-developer forum. But the download links look like a scam. Need to complete serveys to download files and ask for phone number, etc. So I can't get to downloading these files. Searching for one hour in the forums, I can't find any posts with information about a1000 phone let alone marshmallow upgrade.
So my question is if there's any hope for marshmallow on Lenovo mobile phone a1000? If so how do I get to the ROM?

Update: I can't leave a comment on the sites. Sounds like actual scam.. I guess lollipop wins.. Good at least phone looks more usable than other lenovo phones I've seen. Time will tell.
Update 2: I have managed to download the files by using a US mirror. They are completely different thing than promised. Some windows programs. So it is a SCAM. There is to date no marchmallow firmware for a1000. If you don't find a reputable source, don't click on the advertisings so the pastards don't win.

Sadly there aren't marshmallow roms the only custom rom i found was this lollipop rom http://www.needrom.com/download/lenovo-a1000-custom-rom-aosp-lolipop-stable/

has anyone finally flashed any Custom ROM into Lenovo A1000?
I am looking everywhere I can, but it seems as if there is nothing so far for this phone - not even TWRP is supported...
I was able to root it via KingRoot but other than that, it seems as if there's nothing else you can do...

Just gave up there is no custom ROM I search so many times but nothing i get a1000 looks great with lollipop

Would nougat require firmware upgrade?
I didn't see any firmware upgrade threads, or baseband version mentioned in any of the 7.x forums.
